This home has a private Hot Tub Room and is only 3 lots back from the beach with great ocean views from both levels. You can even smell the ocean and sleep to crashing waves if you want. Distance to ocean access is 165 ft. Beautifully furnished and professionally decorated with cathedral ceilings. There is even a view of the Avalon fishing pier. You can walk to the pier, the beach, shopping, restaurants and local attractions. This is a reverse floor plan home so the living, dining, kitchen combination area is on the top level along with a half bathroom. On the mid level there is Bedroom #1 which has a King bed and a private bathroom, Bedroom #2 has a double bed and Bedroom #3 has a Pyramid Bed (Double on bottom, Single on top) and Bedroom #4 has 2 Bunk sets. All amenities listed below are provided along with baby equipment (play pen, booster chair and 2 gates) DVD collection, books and games, high speed wireless internet, and a whirlpool bathtub. Pets are permitted at this home. The turnover day for this home is Saturday and you can rent this property for either full week stays or for a partial week stays, except in the summer season.

Great Stay and Fantastic Location
We were very pleased with our stay here. The house is in walking distance to the beach which was very nice because we had a ton of stuff that we were taking back and forth and the walk was a breeze. The house itself was in great shape. We enjoyed the multiple decks in the morning and at night. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We left our top down on our jeep and our beach stuff in the carport and never had an issue. The top level is extremely spacious and has most everything you need to make meals. All in all we plan on staying here again next summer! =)

Our family was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the beach property. (We have visited the area many time and were not always pleased with our rentals). The bedrooms met the needs of our family and we loved the living area on the upper floor. That area is open and filled with light, even on the dreary afternoon that we had. We were glad that the pier was a quick walk from the house as my husband spent a great deal of time fishing there. The rest of the family enjoyed the beach and there was such easy access. When time came to leave, we were all a bit sad because we had such a wonderful stay.
