  We take an annual ski trip with another family - this year we decided to try Winter Park and stayed in Red Quill. We all voted this our favorite condo yet! Great layout for kids and adults. And the condo location itself was very close to restaurants and shops in Winter Park. Super easy drive to the resort from here. Carolee was super communicative and we felt as if we were staying at a friend's place, not some random rental unit. Highly recommend!! Favorite things: 2 gas fireplaces, huge kitchen, lower room for kids and the hot tub. :)

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  The best reunion ever because of our stay in this wonderful townhome. No one wanted to return home. Everything from the kitchen and it's wonderful amenities to the sleeping accommodations, to the relaxing living space, and the enjoyable hot tub, our family thoroughly enjoyed this mountain retreat. We were close to hiking and biking trails; minutes to downtown for shopping and eating establishments; and even the grocery store was within 10 minutes. We definitely will return to Winter Park some day, and we'll make sure we stay here. No more hotels for this family!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

  We just got back to Hawaii after staying at the townhome for the last 9 nights (1/6/09-1/15/09. The townhouse is FABULOUSLY equipped and has the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen! Wafflemaker, crockpot, pancake griddle, gas grill outside, blender, mixer, toaster, coffeepot - we were in HEAVEN! Beds were soft and luxurious, high efficiency washer/dryer, heated floors -- wow! We did a stop at the Costco on the way up to pickup most of our supplies but could easily supplement what we had from the Safeway in Fraser two miles away. (Which is why we started baking a lot since we had the blender and mixer and enough bowls and pans to make some fabulous desserts). We had 8 in our group - two couples and 4 single guys who were content to sprawl in the den downstairs and one of the rooms upstairs with more than enough bathrooms for everyone. We never ran out of towels -even when we all hit the great hottub outside. Paula thinks of everything - she even had house slippers to go outside and down the stairs for the hot tub that was very relaxing and deep. We travel a lot and this was definitely the BEST townhouse we've ever stayed at. The only drawback we found was that it is a single car garage, but the 2nd car can park on the driveway. Our funniest experience was the moose that walked past the townhome to sniff out some of the trash we had put outside the garage so we wouldn't forget to drop it off on the way out. (Don't leave the trash outside.) He nosed through some of it and then trotted off when he couldn't find anything of interest. We didn't leave anything outside again :) The snow at WP was fabulous - we had fresh powder every single day from between 1" - 8" and enjoyed every moment of it. Recommended eats around the area - walk to Randi's right across the parking lot, or the Rise and Shine bakery in the shopping area right next to the townhome, or drive one block past Safeway in Fraser and do a takeout from the authentic Thai food (called Timberline Thai). They don't serve sticky rice but the Drunken noodles or Panang curry comes with my highest recommendation. Thanks Paula, for thinking of everything!

  Spring Break Heaven! We stayed here with 4 other couples and had a blast. We all fit comfortably and had plenty of space to stretch out. The kitchen was amazing, and the hot tub got used daily. We were very close to the convenient shuttle, the tubing hill, and the grocery store. We will be back next year!

  What's not to like? This beautiful townhome is convenient to the bus stop, is completely "guest ready" and has a great hot tub! Our two families comfortably stayed in this home with plenty of room to spread out and find quiet corners whenever necessary. We also enjoyed the location near Devil's Thumb Ranch with exceptional cross-country skiing, a beautiful restaurant, and incredible spa. Definitely worth the short drive. Thanks Paula!

  Beautiful! Spectacular! Prodigious! This place is first class all the way. We had the honor of being the first guests in this pulchritudinous townhome. There was plenty of room for everyone. We were a party of 8, and we could have easily had another 4 or 5 with us. The bedrooms are capacious, larger than a typical bedroom. The high chair was invaluable as we were traveling with our daughter. The X-box was fun for children and adults alike. There are many modestly priced, epicurean restaurants within walking distance. For those of you who like to eat in however, the kitchen is exquisite. Gas range, granite slab island... Each room also has its own thermostat giving you complete control over your environment. Bring your clothes, buy some food, and that's about it! EVERYTHING else is included! 5 Star! We will certainly return.

  We had a terrific vacation at this beautiful townhome. Excellent location, and very close to everything. Winterpark skiing was terrific at Christmas! We drove and parked at the Mary Jane/Utah Junction lot each day. Literally ski in-out to your car! Bring a hibatchi and grill your lunch! Tubing at Fraser Hill is a blast! Snowmobile rental is very exciting! We had a total of 9 people (2 families) and there is plenty of room in this 4 story unit for everyone! Furnished beautifully, the townhome is very relaxing. The kids(teens) stayed up and played games, and we didn't hear a thing! The home is extremely well stocked with everything! Big grocery store 2 miles away, and many resturants within walking distance. Homeowners are very accomodating and supurb to work with. I can't say enough good things about our stay! It was just perfect for all! Thank you so much!
