Truly a home away from home, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 10 to accommodate family and friends in the heart of ski country. Located ~70 miles west of Denver between Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland and Vail, you can visit a different world class resort each day of your vacation. The Summer season offers National Forest hiking trails immediately across the street, Fishing in Lake DIllon and Blue River, and Golfing away from the summer heat. A master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed, second bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed, spacious loft bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed and 2 in bunk beds, and a queen pull out couch in the living room sleeps 2. Condo amenities include a wood burning fireplace, a 40 inch flat screen cable TV mounted in the living room, a cable TV in the loft, free wireless internet, a balcony porch with views of the continental divide and Lake Dillon, and window views from two bedrooms of the continental divide and Lake Dillon. Books and games will keep children entertained between outdoor adventures and a full kitchen with new appliances provides everything you need to cook up a meal for the whole group. The clubhouse is located in the building immediately next door and includes a fitness center, pool, three hot tubs, ping pong, pool tables, laundry and games for children, as well as a large kitchen and eating area that can be reserved for group meals and get-togethers. Just outside of the building are a playground, tennis court and charcoal grills. A Summit Stage Bus stop across the street will connect you with the whole county. Access to world class outdoor recreation in all seasons is just out your door.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Good size kitchen and loft above. Plenty of linens and blankets. The clubhouse has great amenities with arcade games and ping pong. Plenty of parking. The only critique would be the discomfort of the springs sleeping on the pull-out bed of the couch. Other than that it was perfect!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children.

My buddies and I stayed at this condo for a college friends reunion. The accommodations were great especially considering the price. Everything was clean and new. A couple friends were on the fence about coming, but since we were able get this place at such a good rate everybody ended up coming. We had two awesome fishing days on the Blue River, before a little snow storm blew in and gave us a taste of winter. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, got awesome pizza from Jersey Boys Pizza in Dillon, and did a little bit of microbrewery hopping around Summit County. I plan to book again for a ski week with my family later this winter.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family and my brother's family live in the front range and wanted to have a family adventure together. We saw this place and were so excited at what you get for the price. We were even more excited when we got there. Everything looks brand new and was very clean and there was plenty of cookware available so we were able to save by cooking instead of eating out. There were 8 of us, but we were more than comfortable with one couple in each bedroom and the 4 kids in the loft. The kids loved playing with the games up in the loft and were pretending the low ceiling corner of the loft was some sort of a cave or fort. They left us parents alone to relax in the living room all evening! We were also happy that the clubhouse was the next building over so we weren't toting our gear very far to use the pool and other facilities. Great little trip to round out the summer!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
