"Take the convenient elevator from the garage up to the top level of this gorgeous, brand new home where you can unload your groceries into the two full size refrigerators. The fabulous kitchen with all new appliances is fully stocked and open to the living room so you can enjoy your company and the magnificent view while preparing meals. There is seating for more than twenty at the raised-bar area, built-in booth, and large farmhouse dining table. The living room area has a queen sofa sleeper, 56” flat-screen TV with DVD, theatre surround sound and indoor as well as outdoor stereo speaker systems. There are two master bedrooms upstairs each with their own private bath. You will appreciate & enjoy the beautiful décor and furnishings that this top of the line home has to offer, but they can’t be matched by the amazing views!!! There are floor to ceiling and wall-to-wall windows all along the ocean side of the house, bringing the outdoors in. Four of the six total bedrooms are oceanfront with direct access to the decks. The full-length decks run along both levels of the home, providing huge outdoor living space and unparallel views of both ends of the island!! There is nothing better than relaxing on the decks in the evening, enjoying family and friends while listening to the sounds of the ocean!
The remaining four bedrooms are on the main level of the home, each one with its own private bath. In the center is a large game room, ideal for kids & adults. The sectional couch houses another queen-size sleeper and there is a large, flat-screen TV with DVD player. Challenge your guests to a game of ping-pong or foosball. Look around & you will find checkers, chess, backgammon, and a variety of other games. When it’s time to hit the beach, grab your drinks from the refrigerator and load up your cooler with ice from under-the-counter icemaker all found in the game room’s wet bar. Lay out on the deck or head down the adjacent BOARDWALK where you are just steps from the best part of the beach on the whole island.
