Our condo is located on prime lakefront property next to Midtown Sundries Restaurant on Harborside Drive. This unit comes with a boat slip in a gated dock area, a few steps away from the condominium. The deck is equipped with a gas grill with utensils and a table which seats six, plus two side chairs. While grilling, you can enjoy the breathtaking view of Lake Norman. The pier located next to our building runs along the lake and provides an excellent fishing spot for young and old fishermen!
The master bedroom has a private bath with jacuzzi tub, and a fabulous view of the lake. The living room provides a view of the pool and lake from the new sofa or leather chair! The unit has high-speed Internet access available along with the DVD/VCR players for you to use.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a cook needs from dishes, pots and pans, to appliances. The owner likes to leave little amenities like coffee and popcorn for new arrivals.
The laundry has a full-size washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board located just off the kitchen.
The dining room seats six with the kitchen bar providing additional seating. The area is open into the living room so everyone can enjoy the lake view at all times!
The second bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed for guests! The third bedroom is perfect for children with twin beds. The second full bath is located between these two bedrooms.
There is an elevator to assist you with your luggage.
