This is a well-maintained, high-end, nicely decorated home just a short walk to downtown Palm Springs (and the Convention Center) and to Ruth Hardy Park and the Movie Colony. The property description accurately reflects its quality and furnishings. The property was spotless; the kitchen was wonderfully equipped; and there were ample supplies of everything we needed, from plenty of extra towels for the pool to cleaning gear. The owner was incredibly responsive, professional, and excellent to work with in every respect. There were five in our party plus one small dog, and we stayed 13 days over the Christmas holidays. We all recommend the property without reservation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: Hi, I'm Dave. I live in San Francisco, CA with my wife, and our 3-year old son. We love Palm Springs because it represents a direct opposite to SF. I studied in Riverside 17 years ago and fell in love with the desert while rock-climbing and hiking in the area 20 years ago. The Unique Benefits at this House:
My favorite thing about the property is how you can open both sides of the Greatroom using the folding glass walls integrating the main living space with the outdoors beautifully. The private pool and spa, huge deck and firepit, deep-seating sofas in the back yard and the front yard with it's sun-drenched large swath of lush green grass and ample area for sun bathing or for the kids to run around and kick a ball.
