The Villa has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed plus a large 4th bedroom loft with enough beds to sleep 8 people and the living room has a sofa queen sleeper for any extra guests! With over 3,000 square feet of living space Villa Pacifico is a country style resort that is situated on a private acre off of a private road that provides the perfect setting for a weeks vacation.

The house was centrally located between both Ft.Myers beach and Sanibel Island. A few minutes right off of 75. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Well equipped kitchen complete with a water cooler. Had an amazing library of books to suit anyones interests. Large bedroom upstairs was more than enough room for kids. Plenty of games and Dvds to choose from as well as the Wii in the upstairs bedroom. Pool was very nice and clean as well as plenty of outdoor seating. The only bad thing was that we had to leave. Wish we could have stayed another week. We went to Macdaddys as well ss Two Meatballs in the kitchen both close by and good food/atmosphere. Property was very cleaned and well maintained. We will definately be backRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

What a wonderful experience! We came down with our entire team for a company trip and it provided everything we could have wanted. It is close to the ballparks, airport, beach and shopping. The house is on a big lot in a secluded spot so we didn't have to worry about bothering the neighbors while outside by the wonderful pool even into the night. The owners are also terrific and very accommodating to any need and request we had. You also won't have to worry about anything. The house has everything you could need in the kitchen and throughout the home from cooking utensils to spices to towels and CD's and movies. It is also a beautiful home that is clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and would definitely recommend this vacation spot to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We had a great time. The decor in the house and patio area are awesome. The location is great, plenty of privacy yet locate close to everything. We stayed 4 weeks and will stay there again in the future. The owners were easy to deal with. Would recommend this rental to anyone. :-)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

All 13 of us loved our stay at this property over Christmas. My parents, brother and his family met us and stayed for the week. It was perfect for family with children. We loved the location and nearby amenities. The pool and backyard were wonderful. The house came well equipped with everything we would need and more. The owners were very accommodating and professional. Our family needed great memories to move forward and we accomplished that. Thank you so much for a great experience. We booked last minute for Thanksgiving weekend and the property is simply amazing! The home is gorgeous and the backyard is amazing - pool and patio was our little slice of paradise. The home is on a large piece of property so you feel like you are in the country but you are right in the middle of Fort Myers...perfect location, great place.
