This two bedroom end unit is close to the pool and tennis courts and offers views of the mountains, palms and greenery, and classic desert landscaping. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and desks with Elfa drawers in the closets. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the light-filled living and dining area, with comfortable seating, a TV and sound system, and a dining table for four which expands to seat more. The unit includes a side and back patio for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The furnishings complement the home's mid-century modern roots. A library includes local nature, travel and hiking guides as well as books on art and architecture. Basic cable and wireless are included.
The condo complex includes a large heated pool, tennis, walking paths, and a friendly community of seasonal and year round residents. The perimeter of the neighborhood consists of a nine hole course and a nature trail where the bird watching is excellent and there is a bird walk every Thursday morning. A ten minute walk takes you to the Borrego Springs Resort with its spa, 18 hole course, and Arches Restaurant. A 10 minute drive takes you to the restaurants, galleries, and merchants of Borrego Springs as well as the state park headquarters.
The Borrego Springs area is famous for its winter recreation opportunities, and the surrounding Anza Borrego Desert State Park is larger than Rhode Island and is an outstanding locale for exploring nature, geology, and desert scenery.

We rented this unit for friends visiting from the Midwest and it was perfect! It is decorated in "Early California Desert" which is charming! The place is bright (two patios!), very clean with a terrific kitchen.It also comes with guidebooks and personalized local info i.e. Farmers Market dates and time, recommendations for eating and shopping which was a big help. Best of all: there was a pitcher of freshly squeezed,Borrego Springs grown, grapefruit juice in the fridge! The unit is located in Club Circle which is well maintained and, in spite of tennis courts and a pool, is quiet. Borrego Springs is an amazing place to hike, enjoy the desert and star gaze!Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

This beautiful comfortable unit was ideal for my brief stay in BS for the annual home tour in March. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you could need. Beds are super comfy. Set up perfectly for relaxing - indoors or out! Convenient to "downtown" for getting food or dining out. The views are gorgeous, and light fills the unit. You feel right in the middle of nature even though you're in this development (with all the benefits - though I didn't try out the pool!) Bunnies played on the yard in the morning! I know I'll be staying again, and recommending to friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
