The condo was newly remodeled from top to bottom. It was very tastefully done. The fireplace, with a large built in TV, was done in stone by the owner and was very attractive. The condo was spacious with 2 bedrooms (a king and a queen), 2 baths, and plenty of closet and storage space. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and feel like home. The assigned and covered parking spot was just steps from the front door. We walked every day and always felt very safe in that area. There are 2 heated swimming pools and Jacuzzis plus a club area very close to the condo for the guests to use. The owners were very helpful and nice to work with. We were very impressed with the experience that we had in the Sun Valley Villas. We liked the safe, friendly area with everything we needed close by our condo.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
