Enjoy your stay on Florida's Emerald Coast in Destin's Pearl, a lovely, three bedroom, two bath home, nestled in a sleepy community in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach. This fully furnished home is beautifully decorated and sleeps eight comfortably, with plenty of space for air mattresses or additional sleeping accommodations.

Built in 2001, the home boasts late model appliances, new furnishings and all the comforts of home. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience, as well as a new gas grill on the spacious patio in the secluded backyard. The living room is furnished with cheery Florida colors, a Queen sleeper sofa, TV with VCR and DVD combo, and a ceiling fan for your comfort. The dining area seats eight comfortably, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you will need to thoroughly enjoy your stay at Destin's Pearl.

The Master suite, set aside from the rest of the living area, provides the perfect location for a relaxing get-away. A King-size bed, TV with VCR, ceiling fan, and a private bath with garden tub, separate shower, and double sink make this a perfect retreat from the kids. The First Mate's room, decorated in a nautical theme, is furnished with two twin beds, ceiling fan, TV and VCR with component adaptors for PlayStations or Xboxes, and a large closet. The Palm bedroom is beautifully decorated in a soothing green Palm tree motif, with a Queen-size bed, lovely bay window, ceiling fan, and large closet. This makes a perfect room for grandparents or a second adult couple.

A community pool, is located just down the street, and private beach access is a short walk away. The Silver Sands Designer Factory Outlet Mall is also a short walk, as are many popular restaurants and grocery stores. This is a perfect family-friendly retreat, equipped with bikes and helmets for the youngsters, as well as a double wagon, perfect for hauling kids, coolers and beach toys.
