Sunshine Village #120 is a lovingly furnished one bedroom plus loft/one bath condo that sleeps 4-6 comfortably, although it can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Master Bedroom has a queen log bed, with a brand new pillow-top mattress. Kids of all ages, big and small, will enjoy the cozy loft, which holds a queen, plus 2 twin beds. Bring along your favorite video console and play games up on the Loft TV! This cabin-like condo features a wood burning fireplace, a flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room and woodsy decor throughout, including whimsical mountain accents and deep, overstuffed sofas. Guests will enjoy a well equipped upscale kitchen, complete with granite countertops and new appliances. Make your a family a home-cooked meal, using our handy gadgets, pots and pans and serving ware. There is always wood waiting for our guests, so that they may enjoy a nice cozy fire.

About the owner: Marco and I have enjoyed all that Mammoth Mountain has to offer, since the 1980s. So when we had our first opportunity to purchase a second home, Mammoth was our first choice! We know what it is like to try to enjoy time in the mountains with your entire family (pets included) and that is why we decided to share our lovely condo with others. Because of its growing popularity, we never could squeeze in time for ourselves and so, we saved and purchased another 2 condos in Mammoth, inadvertently creating a little business for ourselves, called MammothSun Properties, LLC. We are not property managers per se, we are just a couple who love sharing our love for Mammoth with others. We leave the property management stuff to the experts!
Why the Owner Chose Sunshine Village:
Sunshine Village #120 was a perfect location for us. We loved that it was set like a park, since we had 2 small children and 2 doxies at that time, who we knew would enjoy all that this complex had to offer. Sunshine Village #120 overlooks the tennis court and through the pine trees, you also get a view of the pool. The Sunshine Village Complex is also centrally located, which made it easy for us to get to the slopes and to the stores, which is very convenient.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Sunshine Village #120 really feels like you are in a cabin, instead of a condo. From the river rock fireplace to the tones of the granite and cabinetry in the kitchen, Marco and I did much upgrading over the years, to give our guests the 'whole mountain experience'. We have added many little touches, so that visually, you can enjoy Mammoth inside and out!
