Our villa is newly decorated with contemporary furniture and warm accents. There are two master suites at either end of home for privacy. One overlooks private pool, has a queen size bed, TV, his/her walk- in closets, large bathroom, double sinks with double shower. The second master has two singles, walk in his/her closets and bathroom with single sink and tub.
The kitchen comes completely equipped with dishes, cookware and small appliances. Features include side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser, smooth top stove with both radiant and convection oven and stereo entertainment centre. Corian counter tops with snack bar and stools, upgraded white raised-panel cabinetry and seamless Corian sink. Separate large laundry room includes deluxe washer and dryer, utility sink and storage.
The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. The great room is equipped with queen pull out leather couch, reclining chair, 46” flat screen TV, DVD, glass top tables. The sun room/den equipped with wicker furniture, opens up to a covered patio, private pool and lanai through 3 large sliding glass doors overlooking the lake.
There is an attached over sized 2 car garage, paver driveway and walkway, central vac, central air security system, key less lock, tile roof and lush landscaping.

We weren't sure what to expect, but we were blown away as soon as we turned into the complex! Gorgeous grounds, real security at the guardhouse, fountains rising up out of lakes flanking the drive.. Wow! The house itself is a delight! Super immaculate and tastefully decorated, just loved the triple sliding glass doors out to the kidney shape pool and lanai !! Brought the outdoors in! The house has every creature comfort, flat screen T.V.'s , completely stocked kitchen opening up into the living areas....perfect for the cook in the group! The complex is very upscale, with a state of the art gym and every piece of workout equipment you can imagine. There is a huge, heated winding pool close by at the community centre, and a lovely little bar just handy! Post office in the complex, hairstylist, gas bar and car wash...all within this little piece of paradise. This area of Florida is gorgeous, and there are awesome beaches very close by. go up the coast and shop in Estero, or so south and check out Naples and all it has to offer. Late afternoon, grab your beach chairs and your favourite beverage and sit in the sand at the beach at the end of Bonita Springs Blvd and wath the most amazing sunset you've ever seen ! Our only problem was that we didn't stay long enough!! Would we go again?? IN A HEARTBEAT!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About: We are a Canadian couple with 2 adult children and one teenager who love the beauty and weather that Florida provides. We hope to spend some of our retirement years enjoying our home in Bonita Springs in the future. The winters in our area are becoming less appealing to us, therefore we choose to relax in a much less harsh environment. We currently live approximately one hour away from the city of Toronto, Ontario in a relatively quiet town in a private country home. We hope to share much of our time in Florida with family and friends.
