Welcome to our newly renovated 2 BR 2.5 bath townhouse condo. The townhouse is equipped with every thing you need for a fun stay in Athens. Sanford Stadium is a 9/10 of a mile walk from the condo. Tailgating locations are located even closer! Downtown restaurants and shopping are just a mile away as well.
The master bedroom has a King bed with en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with en suite bathroom as well.
Wood floors through out the kitchen and living areas give our place a beautiful look and feel. The kitchen is equipped with a new electric smooth top range, new refrigerator and dishwasher. The dining space offers seating for 4. The living area has a comfy sofa and chair with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

About the owner: I graduated from Auburn, and my 4 children attended UGA. We purchased the condo when Elizabeth was in college, and have used it as student rental since she graduated. Recently, we completely remodeled the condo with wood floors down stairs and new carpet in the bedrooms and furnished it for weekend rentals.
Why the Owner Chose Athens:
The condo is located in a good area close walking distance to campus. There is a pool in the complex, and easy access to the loop.
