A Home Away From Home
The vacation rental met all our expectations and more. The descripition of the home was very accurate. Everything we needed for our stay was there for us.Walking into the home we felt very comfortable and knew we would really enjoy being there.There is plenty of shopping,restaurants,golf courses and of coarse grocery stores that are only a short drive away.There is also spring training ball games and hockey that one could go to if you liked.The list could go on and on...There is so much to do and see. The backyard we really enjoyed with relaxing and having our morning coffee outside and in the evening barbequing our suppers. The pool was cool to use but in the later part of March we were able to use the pool when our family and grandchildren came to visit us. The owners Pam & Chester were great to deal with. They were very accomodating and if we had any questions or concerns they were there to answer them.If there was anything that we needed it was taken care of..Truly a great couple to deal with. We will definetly be going back to stay again. This was our home away from home....

This was a great place to stay. The listing description was accurate on the location. The photos accurately reflect the rental's appearance and amenitites. The property sparkled!!!! It was clean and well-maintainted. I would totally recomment this property to a friend or relative. If you stayed there I would recommend going to The Olive Mill. It is close by and the food is great!

Rental Rules 1.NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AND NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED: Smoking is NOT allowed OR Smoking is allowed outside only. Violation of this will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit and termination of this lease. Tenants shall maintain the premises in a safe and sanitary condition. Furniture shall not be arranges. All appliances shall be used and maintained properly. Tenant shall pay any fines or charges imposed by owners association or other authorities due to violations by the tenants or the guests or licensees of Tenant. Tenants shall not, and shall ensure that guests and licensees of the tenant shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with other neighbors or use the premises for any unlawful proposes, including but not limited to using manufacturing, storing, or commit waste or a nuisance on the premises. 2. LIABILITIES: Tenants agrees to assume all liability and hold the Landlord harmless from any and all injuries to persons or damage caused by the Tenants or any other on the premises without tenants permission.. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Tenants agree to pay any cost and attorney fees incurred by the Landlord in defending any lawsuit or other actions brought in reference to such injuries or damages. All personal property in the premises is at Tenants risk only and the landlord shall not be liable for any damages to it, nor is the Landlord responsible for insuring Tenant’s personal property. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 3. The unit is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 4. ACCESS: Tenants shall allow Landlord or Landlords agent access to the premises for the purpose of repair and inspection. Landlord shall exercise this right on a reasonable manner. Landlord shall give Tenant reasonable notice before exercising this right access, except in case of emergency. 5. OCCUPANCY & AMENITIES: I will do everything I can to make sure the premises is ready for your stay. It is my mission to provide you with cleanest and well maintained premises as possible; however there may be the rare occasion when the premises is not 100% ready by 10:00am. In addition, from time to time, appliance, air conditioning, cable TV, water, power etc, will breakdown or malfunctions. While we can’t refund monies due to these issues that may beyond our control, we will respond as quickly as possible to make the necessary repairs and restore amenities. 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.

About the owner: We currently live in Corpus Christi Texas, we have bought this home so we can spend time in Arizona with our five Grandchildren. It is close to Phoenix/Gateway airport as well as Phoenix sky harbor airport. Close to at golf courses, shopping and restaurants.
Why the Owner Chose San Tan Valley:
We bought this property because of the location, being outside the business district and close to the mountains. Great place to have for a weekend getaway or winter/summer retreat.
