We stayed at this lovely condo for 2 weeks from Oct 29, 2011. The condo is spacious and comfortable and is even better then described. The kitchen is very well equiped with everything you could possibly need. It was wonderful to have breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun. The condo has a view of the courtyard, pool and beach. We spent most of our time on the beach or in the pool. We enjoyed the restaurants on Boca Grande too! This is a wondeful location in which you can rest and relax or actively swim, fish , play tennis or walk the beach, We hope to return next year and would not hesitate to recommend this condo.

Sea Oats in September

My husband and I are here with our son, his wife and their almost three-year old daughter. We have enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful condo. Our granddaughter has made great strides in her swimming due to the pool on the property. Beach access is wonderful. The condo is as beautiful and comfortable as the photographs portray. And the grounds are immaculate. There is nothing we would change about the condo or Sea Oats. Joy was very easy and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend this condo!!!

Gasparilla in August

We had another wonderful 2 weeks here at the condo. Our first time here in August and it was a pleasant time. Not as hot as we were expecting as this was the afternoon rainy season. It didn't keep us off the beach or out by the pool. We are always so comfortable here with everything we could want. It makes us feel like we are coming back home each year. Thanks again for opening your condo to us. We are looking forward to coming back next year and each one after that.

A week at Joy and Dennis' condo was much too short. Having been born and raised in Boca Grande (South end of the island) and wanting to see old friends, etc. I will need to go for about two weeks next time.The condo was so comfortable it was difficult to just leave and go visit and sightsee as much as we'd have liked. My two friends who joined me had a great time, and I'm sure will be happy to share it with me next time. You will find everything you need and then some in this lovely condo. Joy has thought of EVERYTHING. I have several friends who want info on contacting Joy, and I recommend it highly to anyone wanting a wonderful home away from home.

We love our 3 week April vacations spent in this unit (this is our 2nd year here), this is a beautifully furnished unit, very well equipped. We do hope to return for many more years. As before, we rarely left the Island, no need to, just for groceries and visiting friends. There are lots of families with little ones here, lots of grandparents with family visiiting. Many people enjoy fishing on the private beach. We visited the village as in other years, lots of good restaurants if you wish to eat out. Thanks Joy and Dennis, for renting your beautiful unit, we have met Joy in previous years, and this year we also met her husband Dennis, which was fun. Jane&Nil

Another fantastic November stay

This home and complex are outstanding. The grounds give the feel of a resort. The pool, tennis and gardens are all fantastic and overlook the gulf. The unit is very well kept with every extra provided. The owner has gone out of her way to make sure that every stay is most enjoyable!!! The village of Boca Grande is wonderful. The walking/running trail to town is just at 5k and makes for the perfect run. This is by far our favorite and the most enchanting spot in Florida.

Excellent accommodations. The perfect condo to relax and get away. Owners have placed a lot of extra touches to enhance the comfort and style. You can tell they want you to enjoy your time while being there. I will be looking forward to returning again and again. Enjoy!!!

We just spent 3 wonderful weeks in this beautiful unit, it is exactly as the pictures show - it is very well equipped, beautifully decorated - the kitchen has stainless steel pots, lovely dishes, all you have to do is buy groceries - there are lots of beach towels and beach chairs for your use, very comfie king size bed - if you prefer to eat out the village of Boca Grande has great restaurants - beautiful view of the pool and the ocean from the lania and sundeck - this is an end unit, so lots of windows and very private - we have already booked our stay for next year ! Boca Grande is more like Bermuda or the Bahamas, gorgeous island, we only left to buy groceries.

This is a lovely, very well equipped condo - it is an end unit so lots of windows and light, and very private - we only left this beautiful island to buy groceries, spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool and strolling around the village of Boca Grande, exploring the island - also, loved the lanai or screened in porch as we call it - the owners have decorated this condo beautifully, very soothing and cosy wonderful colours very comfortable furniture and king sized bed - would highly recommend it ! We are looking forward to returning, hopefully, many times in the years to come, it truly is like a second home to us - this island reminds us of Bermuda, only better.

This is a fantastic condo and complex. This unit is in excellent condition and has everything necessary for a great vacation. The complex is fantastic; the synthetic clay tennis courts are great and the pool/hot tub common areas are the best that we have seen at a non resort hotel property. The unit has a great view of the park like pool area and a view of the gulf. The beach is great; big wide white sand with shells everywhere. The island has wonderful walking/biking trails that lead from the complex right into the quaint village. This is a great area and condo that we hope to visit again.

We've been going to this idyllic spot for the last 3 years. The condo is like coming home. It is so comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is fully stocked and I've never had to bring anything except our food. The staff is great and friendly, remembering us from year to year. The island itself is quiet, peaceful and beautiful with many different kinds of birds to watch and enjoy. The shelling on the beaches is great and we come home each year with a bag of treasures. All in all, we LOVE the beauty, solitude and comfort we find when we come here.

I have been fortunate to stay at this beautiful condo twice and look forward to going back! The complex is beautiful, clean and the staff very accomodating. The condo is an oasis, has a perfect view, and if you can imagine more beautiful than the pictures! My husband said that Boca Grande is as beautiful as Hawaii without the long flight. I would highly recommend this condo to my family and best of friends. The island is safe, quiet and quaint. My husband says the fishing is fantastic, however I prefer the spa, shopping, shelling and fun lunches in town. When you visit, don't miss the shrimp boat and make sure to rent a bicycle!
