Sports enthusiast? Adventure seeker? Welcome home! Beautifully appointed throughout, this three level, three bedroom, three full bath town home can sleep 8 comfortably and has a one car garage. There are two Master suites with king beds and a “Bunk Room” that has a set of full bunk beds and a set of twin bunk beds. Each Master suite has a balcony/patio with table and chairs to enjoy the views.
The entry level consists of a 1 car garage and Master suite. The middle level has a spacious Family room with an HDTV, Blue Ray player, Wii Game box, high speed internet, desk and gas fireplace. The large eat-in kitchen with brand new appliances has wood floors and a very unique Indian Rosewood table and Aspen bench. The third full bath and Washer/Drier are also on this level. Enjoy the Mountain views from the front and back patios. A Weber grill is on the kitchen balcony. The second Master suite and bunk room are on the third level.
Our home is located in a terrific neighborhood (The Pointe at Lake Dillon) with full-time residents nearby. This is a no-smoking, no- shoes, no- pets, family-oriented home. Person signing lease must be at least 25 years of age and must stay at the property.

We had an unforgettable time at the Condo in Frisco, Colorado. We completely fell in love with the area and its abundant biking and hiking trails, not to mention the great kayaking and fishing at Lake Dillon. The condo is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. Our expectations were met and exceeded. The views are breathtaking and the possibilities of outdoor adventures are endless. Exploring the charming town of Frisco led us to unique shops and a slew of great restaurants and pubs. Everything is so close and accessible while being in the center of a vast mountain wilderness. We’re counting down the days until Thanksgiving when we get to go back and enjoy the condo again and all the Winter family fun! ~The Branch Family Santa Fe, NMRecommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.
