Large groups looking to reunite with family and friends will cherish this large 5 BR, 2.5 BA 2400 Sqft. Condo. The house is located 1 block from the Ocean City fishing pier, just behind Bob's Grill.
The upper 3rd floor has (3) large bedrooms and a small bathroom. Bedroom #1 has (2) queen sized beds, bedroom #2 has (3) twin sized beds, and Bedroom #3 has two double beds. Bedroom room #2 also is furnished with a large 40' flat screen TV and is a perfect getaway for the kids to play video games on rainy days or while resting from the sun.
The main floor features a large kitchen, loaded with all of the kitchen utensils for home cooking, and dinnerware serving for 24. A small 4 seat eat in table overlooks the outside deck area and a view to the beach.
When the weather is cooperative...step outside onto the large outside deck (30'x25'). With lounge chairs and a picnic table you can enjoy sun bathing, a few cocktails or late nights looking at the stars...while off in the near distance you can enjoy the sight and smell of the ocean.
Passing through the kitchen to the dining area with large table with seating for 8. Then to the family room area where you can relax on the comfortable L-shaped sectional in front of the 50' flat screen TV with DVD player.
The Master bedroom contains a King sized bed, plenty of closet and dresser space, and has its own 32' Falt screen TV for relaxing at bedtime.
The 5th Bedroom is just off the dining room area and houses a queen sized bed, 32' Flat Screen TV, and the adjacent bathroom has a large 60' spa tub.
Plenty of space for a large group, close to the beach, Pet Friendly, and affordable rental rates will ensure our newest vacation rental will rent very quickly. So please be sure to book this fall to reserve your time at Nostalgia II.

Perfect Location with sunrise views of the ocean
First I must say that the owners were a pleasure to work with! They were very attentive and personable. As for the property.... AWESOME and completely accommodating! The owner was completely upfront and told us what to expect upon entry giving us a heads up on things that had been brought to his attention from previous tenants. We checked in for a long weekend mid September, the boards were still open, the beach was full of families and the water was still warm enough to swim in. There were 10 of us in the house and there was plenty of room to spare. There was room enough for the kids to watch tv in their room of choice and the adults were able to pick a deck and sit and enjoy OCNJ. The kitchen with its dining area and island allows for multiple people to be in the same room without stepping on each other. The back deck is HUGE and a wonderful place for an early morning cup of coffee as the sun rises! (A great place for a hot tub and gas grill I might add :) ) Also great for sunning in the afternoon or relaxing after dinner! The front porch with its awnings gave you of feeling of being at home. The house is full of windows which makes for a bright rental with tons of natural light. I am almost certain this will be a property we will enjoy again next summer. The reason I gave it is 4 not a 5 is this... while the owner was very honest on things that he knew needed attention...... they did need attention therefore it was not PERFECT! Other than the issues (ie: stained areas in carpet and a broken handle for a window) that we were advised of prior to check in the house was perfect, the owners were a pleasure to rent from and my family had a wonderful long weekend in a house that felt like home! :)

Manager response: We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and found the house to be accommodating. We strive to make every family/guest get exactly what we would expect in a beach vacation home. This property is one of the few remaining original homes in OCNJ. We chose not to tear it down make it a work in progress. In just a few weeks we will be removing the stained carpets to reveal the hardwood floors below and begin making repairs to several other items that need attention. We hope you will come back next year to see the new look! Thanks again for staying with us!

OCNJ has become our families vacation spot of the summer. With plenty of fun for the kids and relaxing nights on the porches for the adults OCNJ has created memories or our family that last for a lifetime. Nostalgia II, as we have named this unit, brings a mesh of an older style beach home, with all of today's amenities. Throw in the close proximity to the beach and this house is a home run!
