We wish we could spend May- October at our cottage in TI Park! Our home features 5 bedrooms- four of which have double beds and one that has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a full bath upstairs with a shower. Downstairs there is a roomy full bathroom with a shower/bathtub that also has a washer and dryer. You may want to eat in the kitchen, on the picnic table, on the back porch or in the dining room! There are plenty of places to relax between activities, including the knotty pine living room complete with a fireplace. Our property has both a front a back porch that are especially enjoyable during the early mornings and evenings.

To reserve our cottage, simply contact us via email and we will send you a PayPal invoice to enable online payments. (We also accept personal checks.) Three partial payments are accepted as long as the total amount due is paid 60 days before the rental date.

Cancellation policy:
Check-in is after 2:00 pm, check out by 11:00 am. No smoking on the property, no pets allowed. Please leave the cottage and surroundings in the same condition in which they were found. Any damages to property within the cottage will be deducted from the $500.00 security deposit.
100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.

Year Purchased: 2012
About the owner: We are a family of four. I am from the Finger Lakes region of central NY and my husband grew up in St. Louis, MO. We live in Zambia where my husband works as a Foreign Service Officer. I am a teacher. We have two young children who have lived most of their lives overseas. We chose TI Park as our summer landing spot and if you know the St. Lawrence River or the Park, you know why! Our schedules only allow us to spend part of the season in the Park. Our children will live in new countries every few years but they will always be able to return to their TI Park community each summer- and we get to come too!
Why the Owner Chose Thousand Island Park:
My mother has spent summers at TI Park for a decade and we've loved to visit her. Each year we would mourn our departure, always longing for more time in the Park. When we realized TI Park was the only place we truly felt like we were on vacation, we decided to make it home.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage:
Our cottage feels like a cabin with the pine and cedar interior and is a perfect blend of summer place and home. There is nothing fancy about our cottage, but there is a great deal of charm and comfort. We are able to have families visit us without concern for space and privacy. There are always things to do within the Park or just over either bridge (into Canada or the US)!
