About the owner: I reside in the Historic District of Savannah and stay in our Tybee condo often. I am a big fan of both places.

This condo caught my eye because it was new and very nice and is very close to the pier, beach and the excitement of Tybee Island.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
This condo is cozy! Very nicely done and furnished. Very convenient to what Tybee has to offer (pier, shopping, restaurants, bars, beach, back river, etc.). You can park your car when you arrive and not move it until you're leaving for home.
