Our family just returned after a weeks stay. This condo is quite large, modern and had everything that we needed. It is a 3 bedroom condo. Each bedroom has its own washroom and of course the master bedroom has a very large en-suite. The kitchen is large, has granite type counters as well as a full sized dining room and table. Free internet with WIFI is provided, which was great as we did take along our laptop. There is a flat screen tv in each of the bedrooms as well as a larger one is the living room. The view from this condo is spectacular. There is a laundry machine within the condo, which can come in handy. We rented a car and we found that the location of our condo was fairly central to all of the attractions as well as grocery stores, alcohol supplies and shopping. There is a nice sized pool and hot tub for everyone to use. The beach is gorgeous and quiet. You get to see tropical fish in the clear ocean water after only stepping into a few feet. Daily housekeeping is provided and there is an underground parking garage. After the office staff leave for the day, there is a security guard stationed outside of the office and he conducts patrols of the property. Having the security guard on-site was a nice touch and made walking around the premises after dark feel safer. When the sun went down the water in the hot tub wasn't that warm but after reporting it to the office, a few days later it was nice and warm as the propane had run out and was refilled. There was an issue with the large flat sinks draining very slowly in the master bathroom but again after reporting it to the office, they took care of the problem. We would definitely recommend The Renaissance to anyone and will stay here again if the opportunity arises.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
