I would highly recommend this condo. The location was perfect - the last building on the north end of the island. Quiet and relaxing yet walking distance to the lively Times Square. There is a trolley stop right next to the building which we took a few times, but honestly, walking is much faster. The park at the end of the island is great. They have activities and snacks and lots of boat traffic and dolphin activity on the north tip, take your chair there and hang out for the day. The owners were wonderful. Very accommodating and friendly, and personal - calling to check to make sure we got in and everything was satisfactory. they will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. I loved the keyless entry on the unit. Never had used one of those but it made so much more convenient than sending the kids with a key out to the beach! You will not be disappointed with this unit.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful, well maintained condo unit at the end of the north end of Ft. Myers Beach. Great views of the beach.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

Great location , great beach, great view. Elyss was wonderful! Bayfront bistro good food and view. sanibel restaurants close and dinner time, bridge traffic ws ok couple things, TV in bed room didn't work well(lines on the screen). would be nice to have 2 beach lounge chairs. vs just 1 and the sitting chairs.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

If we would have known about the defects in the TV and the requirement of another beach lounge chair while the guest was staying at our unit, the situations would have been resolved immediately. This condo was just as beautiful as the pictures on this website. We rented with another couple and found the set up to be perfect, the condo was clean & furnished with more than we needed. Loved the quiet end of the beach next to Bowditch Park and the amazing sunsets every night right from our balcony. We watched dolphins swimming 20-50 feet off shore several mornings. Fort Meyers traffic proves to be a challenge, but we found walking most places was easy and also used the affordable trolley. An upgrade on the TV's would be nice, however, with great weather we rarely turned them on. All in all a great week of vacation and would recommend highly to anyone.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

They have thought of everything in this beautiful condo! All you have to do is arrive and enjoy it. It is great for two couples or a small family. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishing quite nice. We enjoyed the sunrise from the Master balcony and the beautiful FMB sunset from the main lanai. The heated pool is very nice. The beach here is unbelievably beautiful. Bowditch Park right next door is a great place to watch the Gopher Tortoises. The unit is only a short walk to Times Square and lots of fun restaurants and shops. Getting on and off the island by car can be difficult so it is best to plan your day to drive either early morning or after dark. There is a Publix further south on the Beach which is only about 10 minutes away but it will take close to an hour midday during peak times. This unit is at the end of the street right next to the park so it is relatively quiet but close enough to the action that you really don't need to drive anywhere. Bike rentals are available across the street as are any number of fun water activities. A great condo -- highly recommended.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
