This luxurious, four-bedroom, three-and-one-half bath home is located on a cul-de-sac at prestigious Ocean Point. The house is only steps from the Ocean Point pool and play area with beach access (low tide). The newly renovated Ocean Point Grill and Ocean Point Golf Course are only 300 yards from your front door.
Sit down on our spacious deck and enjoy cocktails at sunset. Watch the shrimp boats working in the ocean. The back of the house borders a large lagoon teeming with fish, birds, and the occasional alligator. The avid fisherman can even fish directly from the deck. You can also watch golfers on numbers one, two, three, eight, and nine from the house or deck.
Sleeping arrangements include one BR with a king bed, 2 BR's with queens, one BR with 2 singles and one air matress. Two bedrooms have private baths, and two bedrooms share a bath.

My children, grandchildren, mother, myself and spouse go the beach every year (Myrtle, Edisto, Isle of Palms, Outer Banks etc) We all agree we have never enjoyed a vacation more. There was something for everyone to do. Part of our family stayed in the middle of the island, the rest of us here. We by far had the best place. Judy's choice was clean, bright and airy, and enough room for everyone to gather for dinner. Off the back deck, the alligators would swim up and visit. In the front yard the deer would come right to you. Thank you to the Hummer's for sharing their awesome home.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
