  Last Month my family and i had a very different trip. We spent only three days at this villa and was more than we expected, enjoyed a place where adults and children had their space to share and to have fun. we enjoyed a BBQ by the pool, while the children could play safely around the pool and the villa area. The owner of the villa was very helpful and friendly at all times even when I had a question about something in the villa immediately attended to my questions. I was surprised how close we were to two beautiful beaches and we only had three days to enjoy everything that could be done in this beautiful place. My family and I hope to return soon and enjoy more of this beautiful place and for more days.

  My wife and me enjoyed a lot to stay in this beautiful villa. This place is so cute and friendly and have everything we need to have a wonderful time. That particular area have beautiful beaches; Combate and Playa Sucia which are very gorgeous. Every time we arrived from the beach; we used the pool of the complex. This pool area was pretty nice to spend a relaxed time. We recommend this property!!!.

  I went with my family and kids and spend one of the best vacation of our life. The villa was full equipped. We had all we need to spend a great time. Everything was well organized and looks like a magazine property; as show of the website pictures. But we enjoy more the open terrace in the third floor of the villa. This area has and incredible sea view. We take in advance the fresh breeze that is felt up there and did our own private party with BBQ (included in the villa too.) the pool area was very nice. My kids love the pool and spend most of the day there. The location of the villa is very convenience, combate beach was awesome and that area have all that we needed, restaurants, bakery, bars, all very close. Its a very Quiet place and we loved that. In general the villa exceed all that we expects and the owner was very gently. he took from his time to show us everything around the area. My family and i certainly returned.

  Do Not Stay At This Property. Worst VRBO I have been to. We were the first group that had rented here so there were no reviews to read. Arrived at the villa on Christmas Day. William{owner} met us in a near by town to show us the way.The villa is fairly new and is in a gated community. The bathrooms in the villa were dirty and the towels did not appear clean. There was a toothbrush in master bathroom and used soaps in showers,mirrors and toilets were unclean. The mattresses in the bedrooms were new and were still wrapped in the thick shipping plastic. The sheets(very poor quality ) were on the plastic. The twin beds shared a sheet set. One had a fitted sheet and comforter,the other had a flat sheet and comforter.There was a beeping smoke detector that had to be disconnected to stop the noise. The refrigerator was full of the owners food and was filthy. He told us we could move his stuff to a different shelf. The freezer also had owners contents. The exterior was also dirty. The kitchen was NOT equipped with a toaster,blender or coffeemaker. I don't think there were any small electrical appliances. There was not a proper set of sauce pans or dishes. The pool area was very tiny. there are no lay down chairs. If you want a chair at the pool. You had to carry it from the 3rd floor of the condo. Luckily there was room at a Holiday Inn. I have tried to contact the owner by phone and email. He will not return either and will not refund my deposit. I have stayed at VRBO's all over the world and this is my first negative review. Be very cautious of this property . I did follow the complaint process with VRBO and still no reply from the owner.

  Owner response: I was analyzing if it is appropriated to respond or not to these comments because I'm a gentleman, professional and a very easy going person. But I have to defend myself from these lies and bad faith comments about my villa. My villa is a very nice, beautiful and cozy place. Everything is the villa is brand new. Unfortunely; this people was looking for any excuses to cancel the rental contract and not stay at my villa. I suspected that they changed their plans after the reservation made to stay at my property and were looking any way to cancel and get back its deposit. I'm almost sure about it because no one can't get a room at the Holliday Inn Hotel on Christmas (December 25, 2012) for 6 persons in the very same day. What I offered in the villa is the same that I announces in the website; neither more nor less. This people claimed for a lot of things that I do not announce in the website (wifi, blender, toaster. etc). I usually ask the guest to provide a list of suggestions. I usually read them and adopted what I consider good ones. But this people transformed the suggestions into requirements which is not fair. I did more of what I offer in the webpage because I did a tour to this people in order to get them familiarized with the beaches, bars, restaurants and other places around the area. I spent more than one hour in this tour. The contract is very clear and establishes that the deposit will not be returned back if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the Check-in Date. I considered to returned back the deposit but these people tried to blackmail myself and I'm not able to play that dirty game. Four different families were interested in my villa for those days. But this family reserved the villa with so much anticipation. Thereafter; they cancelled me the same day for non justifiable and suspicious reasons. I lost money due to the decision made from this people. I was expecting to receive a bad review from this people. I'm not surprised about it but these people are very problematic and bad faith.
