Seven years young and in immaculate condition, our Asbury Avenue three Bedroom, two bath, Smoke & Pet-free condo is located 2½ blocks from the beach and boardwalk. Our home is in a great location for families - Close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants.
Cathedral ceilings in the great room and master bedroom add to the beauty of this vacation home. It is beautifully decorated with large windows with plantation shutters; hardwood floors, granite, spacious rooftop, front covered decks with lots of patio furniture for your entertaining pleasure or to read a good book. Ocean City, known as a family resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean, is 15 miles south of Atlantic City. The beaches are lifeguard protected and there are dedicated surfing beaches. The 2.5 mile boardwalk is loaded with fun things to do, including, but not limited to; two amusement piers, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, a water park and the music pier, an entertainment venue for concerts and other events. In addition there is a bay front area for water sports, fishing charters, and boat rentals.

About the owner: We bought this condo last year so that we could enjoy many summers with our children at OC. Growing up in upstate NY, I always wanted a lake house on a mountain but my wife is from NJ and has always enjoyed spending vacations at the shore - guess who had to compromise. We spent several weeks in OC already and the kids absolutely love their new home.
