Why the Owner Chose Shadow Glen:
We plan to retire in Fort Myers to be near my wife's parents, and took advantage of the sharp drop in real estate values during 2007 and early/mid 2008 to purchase this wonderful home. Better than a condo or townhouse, this single family home has been perfect for our family. Our only problem is we cannot yet retire, so we spend most of our vacations here in Fort Myers, but we make our home available to others when we cannot be here.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Our heated pool and heated spa, and the ability to transfer our Colonial golf membership to renters, make our home desirable throughout the year. Our home was being rented before we purchased, and we have continued to rent to those previous renters and their close friends for every season since.
