Spacious 2 bedroom, 2½ bath, 1700 square foot townhouse with a private front porch entry and attached garage. Located on beautiful Longboat Key, on the Gulf of Mexico, Seaplace encompasses 42 acres, has ½ mile of beach front, on sight maintenance and 24 hour security. It is one of only 12 townhouses in this perfectly maintained gated community.
Recently redecorated in a tastefully subdued tropical theme, this unit has cathedral ceilings, carpeting upstairs & ceramic tile downstairs with a powder room on the first floor. The dining room area has seating for 6. Sliding glass doors off the dining room open to a screened lanai with weather proof wicker and glass patio furniture.
