It features three bedrooms, two baths, a large living and dining area, breakfast retreat, a cozy kitchen and an office with a small bar. Also included is access to the Mission Lakes pool and Jacuzzis. The heated pool is perfect for all swimming levels, the depth ranges from 3 ft. to 8 ft., full size tennis courts, gym, snack bar and restaurant. MLCC is a semi private golf championship course open to the public. It has some of the most amazing panoramic views of the entire valley. Designed by Ted Robinson, with its signature hole 1,500 ft. above valley floor, and the last four considered as some of the toughest finishing holes in the entire desert. This is one of the finest golf courses with affordable rates. Golf is not included in the rate.

This home was build in the early 1980's, and I loved the open wooden beam ceiling and how unique the lay out was. It's location is incredible, the sunsets are magical, the mountains are beautiful and its quiet and relaxing. This home needed a lot of work, but it had potential. Now that is completely done, I love it.
