The Flamingo Residence is a beautiful vacation waterfront villa with a nice pool and view on a sweet water canal.
The house is located in one of Cape Coral’s most desirable areas!
The villa features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a pretty heated swimming pool. The home is fully tiled and tastefully furnished in a tropical motive, and is fully equipped to make your vacation enjoyable. If you love being outside then you will enjoy to sit at the table with 6 chairs, in the screened lanai next to the heated pool.
Our Flamingo Residence features new furnishings, custom floral arrangements, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen can accommodate 6 diners with additional seating for 2 on the bar countertop. There is a sliding glass “pocket door” that opens to the lanai and pool area (with a pass through bar).
The living room has a vaulted ceiling and a 27” flat screen TV with a DVD player and a wide assortment of movies, CD's and books. There are additional TV's and DVD players in the 3 bedrooms.
The master bedroom is separated from the other 2 bedrooms for added privacy. It also has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
There is also a laundry with a washer and dryer, adjacent to the 2 car garage.
The lanai and pool have an western exposure for cool summertime seating and is sheltered from the wind in winter. The lanai is also equipped with a modern gas barbecue.
Everything in the villa is provided to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible. The villa has necessities such as bed linens, towels, new appliances, and a washer and dryer.
