This is a corner unit over the 30th floor. It has an incredible 270º of unobstructed view , 1600 sq.ft of pure marble floors, being a corner apartment, two sides of them are fully glazed from floor to ceiling, making it incredibly luminous.
The apartment has 2 spacious suites with private bathrooms, the master bedroom overlooks the ocean and the city. The second suite overlooks the city. Both rooms have queen beds with premium mattresses and LCD flat TVs.
The living room has an incredible view of the ocean and the city, Italian leather sofas, dining table for eight and 60 inches Sony Wega LCD flat TV.
The kitchen has Italian granite counter-tops and cherry wood furnishings, is fully equipped with double door refrigerator with ice maker, large oven and stove for 4 pots, dishwasher, also has appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron,complete first class set of pots and pans, all cooking utensils, crockery, glasses and full service for 8. In addition the department has a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer.
The building is upscale and very new (2007), has a professional gym with direct ocean views, also has a playroom for adults, children's playroom, party room and computer room. All this in addition to the beautiful pool with chaise lounges, chairs and cabanas.
