Our family stayed at the condo in October and really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room for a family of 5. We loved the location and being able to see the ocean while we cooked or lounging in the living room. The little patio area was great for grilling too. The facilities at The seagull were great. We cant wait to go back and will definetely request to stay here again.

Comfy, Cozy Condo

My husband and I, and his parents just visited this condo Sept. 13-17th. We loved the condo and all it had to offer. It was a little far out of town but we loved the views and you couldn't beat the quick access to the beach. The pictures depict just how the condo looks. They are two very spacious bedrooms with very nice sized tub/shower combos. I loved the few decorations they had and even read a book that was in the condo while on our week long trip. The convenience of the washer and dryer was awesome. I did all of our laundry on our last day and came home with nothing to clean. If I could do it all again, I would stay here. I loved the boardwalk, waking up to a beautiful view and the friendliness of the condo staff. Mosquito infestation was a huge problem when you stepped out of your hotel room, and that condo facility was doing not a thing to control it. But this isn't the owner or the condos fault. We asked if they were spraying and the lady at the front counter just told us personal bug spray. We thought that was crazy for the amount mosquitos that were attacking both guests and homeowners. The only thing I wish we would have had differently and the reason why we rated it a 4/5 is the small drive outside of town and that it doesn't accept pets. We visit Port Aransas every year and this year decided not to bring our Border Collie. Depending on what the plans are next year, if this condo is still available we would love to stay again!

My family recently stayed at this property for four nights and we loved it. Its location is amazing--you are close to the pool and to the beach boardwalk. Since it is on the lowest floor, you never have to use the elevator, which was a bonus while travelling with kids. I loved the view from the balcony and the wall of windows allows you to admire the view without breaking a sweat. The condo had plenty of room for my family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped and very well-laid out. The owners were extremely pleasant and very timely with all correspondance. The Sea Gull property itself (pool, lobby, etc.) is looking a little dated, but we thought this room was great!

Just got back from a great long weekend at the Sea Gull! I rented this condo for myself and my 2 school age daughters while we were in town (Corpus Christi) for a swim meet. Great location, easy to work with owners, excellent communication, and helpful front desk staff were my first impressions. It got better from there. The condo was sparkling clean, roomy, very comfortable, and a little slice of island paradise. The location of the unit within the complex is outstanding. It's a 1st floor unit, so you not only have a lanai, but also a private, large patio where barbequeing is allowed (FYI - I believe that it's not allowed on the lanais of upper floor units, although there are BBQ Grills located at the pool). We loved the patio access to grassy area and on to the boardwalk, therefore avoiding having to walk through the condo lobby. It's one of the closet condos to the pool also. The wall of windows is fabulous on the living area, dining area, and kitchen side. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything I needed to cook meals, not just make snacks. All full size appliances that are new. We will definitely be back and I'd recommend this unit to anyone who appreciates the island life!

a great get away

We rented the condo to unwind from the hectic Tax Season. It was just what we needed. We enjoyed being close to the pool, close to the beach. we cooked out almost every night, walked on the beach, watched TV while looking at the ocean view. The staff was very pleasant. We hope to rent it again next year!!

Loved the place! Big enough for 5 without tripping over each other. Full view of the sea with a very short walk over the dunes and from the front door - just steps away from the pool too. Big, comfortable, and supplied almost anything you need. Located about half way between start of 361 and Port A - 5-6 miles to town was the only downfall. But if you are looking to get away - this is the place! Missed spring break by 1 wk....teenagers were disappointed, adults were not.
