The home features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of parking. The main entertaining area is complete with a remodeled kitchen, living room, dining room (seating for 6), and a large deck (seating for 8) off the main living area with a large shade umbrella, and an amazing grill!
We comfortably sleep six – a queen in master bedroom with sitting area, a queen in second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom. Kids are welcome, but we are sadly not able to accommodate pets. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and is on a different level than the other two bedrooms and bathroom.
The home is modern and comes with fresh sheets and towels, a kitchen ready to accommodate a dinner party, and wi-fi! Should you rent the home, we will send you a list of everything that is available in the house in terms of pots, pans, glasses, spices, coffee, etc…
Healdsburg is warm in the summer, cold in the winter. Good thing this home has a powerful heater and more powerful air conditioner! If you prefer to sleep in the lingering heat of the sun in the summertime, throw open the windows and turn on the ceiling fan, which is in every bedroom.

I had a great stay at this property over the weekend. The location was perfect for wine tasting and easy access to both Healdsburg and Lake Sonoma. The property was immaculate, and basic amenities were provided, which made packing much easier. The house easily accommodated seven adults, with one sleeping on an air mattress. The owners were also very quick to respond to my questions. I would absolutely recommend this property to friends who want a quiet place to stay in the heart of wine country.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We loved our stay here! My fiance and I recently spend the weekend in Healdsburg and stayed at this beautiful property. The house is clean and updated throughout--the pictures are true to life. The first night we cooked in the open kitchen and grilled on the deck overlooking the rows of lavendar. It was super relaxing and nice. We hooked up the iPod and later watched a movie with one of the DVD's they have onsite. We loved how QUIET it was at night. Saturday we enjoyed a nice morning walk, then hit a few of the wineries that are close-by (Dutcher Crossing and Quivira). Dinner in the SUPER cute town of Healdsburg on Saturday night. Overall it was an awesome weekend and I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

What an incredible house and location! The grounds are beautiful, house clean, comfy, and well stocked with everything one might need, and a perfect distance from places to wine taste and the quaint and interesting downtown Healdsburg. 100% recommended.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We recently had seven women stay here for the weekend. It was a great space - comfortable, quiet, with beautiful grounds. The owners were easy to coordinate with and the property was very clean and comfortable.
