Our recently remodeled 3-bedroom Home is the perfect place to stay when you're looking for a romantic getaway, an extended stay with the kids and your pets, or a weekend soiree with some old friends.
While the house is located close to downtown Boulder and public transportation, it has a nice sense of seclusion and privacy as the large yard is surrounded by trees.
We recently renovated the entire house! Everything from the pots and pans in the modern kitchen, enormous wood deck with a gas/electric grill, luxury bathrooms, to the plush sheets on each bed will ensure a nice, cozy and relaxing stay.
The enclosed sunroom with wicker furniture is a perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or store your bicycle, and the partially enclosed deck also offer even more privacy.
The property is owned by Mike and Becky, who live right next door and are able to provide great customer service. Mike and Becky own a professional carpet cleaning company, and use anti-allergen cleaning products to help accommodate guests with allergies.

Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect in every way!!! We were in town to celebrate and attend multiple graduation ceremonies for our two graduates, and this location couldn't be better for walking to campus during a busy time. The access to the creek trail is right out the back gate! On the days we didn't have to "be somewhere", we took long walks/jogs enjoying scenic springtime in Boulder. The central location provides easy access to 29th St . Mall, Pearl, etc. The home itself is at the top level of accommodating: well equipped kitchen with every amenity you could ever need, comfortable open concept living/dining rooms, cozy beds and baths. This house has been remodeled top to bottom and is pleasing both in comfort and aesthetics! Great outdoor space as well - front porch overlooking expansive grassy front area, back deck with dining for 6 and a bonus screened in patio. Becky and Mike are wonderfully helpful and accommodating. We would love to return as alumni parents someday, but until then have very happy memories of our stay at the Cordry house!!! My husband and I were in Boulder for a month, and thankfully got to spend it at your beautiful home. We were so pleased when we arrived and opened the door to such a warm and inviting home! We had all the comforts and amenities of being in our own home. We had all kinds of weather, 70's one weekend and two different times lots and lots of snow. Mike and Becky made sure that we had a path shoveled out to the garage each time, which put a smile on our face. Other great thing, you are only a few blocks to the mall, movie theatre and lots of restaurants. We would highly recommend this property to anyone, for a stay of a week or a month. It was great!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

we had the most amazing stay at this temporary housing. the rental is well decorated, extremely comfortable and the service is impeccable. it made our stay in boulder feel like home- from the beautiful wine glasses and soft bedding to the amazing view out the back door. The property is right on the bike path and next to one of the best parks. our dog loved it!! he was treated like a king and given treats from all that came by. we loved living here and would go back in a second. becky and mike are amazing and helped us so much! Stay here- you will love it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We stayed at the Boulder property the month of January 2013. The home exceeded our expectations in many ways. Interior was very cozy and decorated perfectly. Appliances are all new and of the best quality. The home is located in a prime location to downtown Boulder, trails, parks, eateries and just about any shopping one could desire. The owners made themselves available to us throughout our stay and were very accomodating to any requests that we had and just down to earth friendly people. I am looking forward to our next visit later this year.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We chose this property to have room for the first grandson, the great grandmother, and everyone in between - in shifts - including the locally resident canine, and because of its wide open space that allowed for lots of sharing time together. This newly completed property is very nicely finished, from the lighting to the kitchen and bath appliances to the shower tile work to the painting to the square and tight doors and to the 'wood' floor - everything was just as represented by the owner. Plusses also go to the location - a nice yard with access to the creek path and a park/playground nearby, very near lots of excellent shopping - very walkable even in the cold! If we're in Boulder again for a gathering of four generations - a big "if" - we'd be pleased to stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

Beautiful property and Home. We were very impressed with this rental home as it had everything we needed and more. The owners are very accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Very nice neighborhood and we loved the fact that we could go out the back gate to the path and walk to Folsom Field or the Pearl Street Mall. If you expect the best then this is the property for you! This is a beautiful home! The Property is beautiful inside and out. From the gorgeous decor of the entire house to the private large corner lot this is a place I will stay at again! If you are wanting a getaway or a place to meet up with friends.... entertain.....sight see..... need a temporary home away from home.....The owners of this beautiful home thought of every single detail that would make our stay perfection. All tastefully equipped with all the kitchen gadgets needed to prepare any food and all in a gorgeous spacious kitchen!!! Loved this the most!!! Everything about this house is like or better than any of the finest resorts I've ever stayed at. Staying here has made me re-think how I will travel and vacation from now on.... From what I've seen while looking for other vacation properties....it will be difficult to find another property that will live up to this one! My husband and I love to come to Boulder to stay at least a couple times a year. We had our best friends meet us there and had such a great time. Walking distance to everything we had planned for the weekend this made our stay so much more enjoyable. The spacious floor plan, bedrooms, bathrooms....everything about this house is just beautiful.
