My girlfriends and I wanted a weekend away from our husbands and boyfriends, so we rented this property for the whole weekend. It was beautifully decorated and you felt at home right when you walked in! We had a great time and I will definitely be going back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Condo is beautiful, and all three bedrooms are very spacious. My family enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool located two floors below the condo. An hour drive from Paw Paw, MI, so we were able to spend a day skiing at Timber Ridge. 10 minute drive from Michigan City which has a great outlet mall. A pleasant surprise to realize the condo is located just 30 minutes from the University of Notre Dame. Looking forward to returning in the fall for a home Notre Dame football game.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This condo was great in all aspects. The location was easy to get to, very close to the quaint town, a 2 minute walk to the beach, and right next to the Amtrak stop for a quick and easy trip to Chicago. Inside the condo was very roomy with a very nice lay out for several to relax. We enjoyed the open kitchen a lot & loved the Keurig! All the amenities provided were great. All bedrooms and bathrooms were very cozy and clean. We especially enjoyed the large walk-in closet in the second bedroom as it made it easy for us to stay organized and keep our "stuff" out of the way. I also really enjoyed the windows that let in plenty of light or had easy to close shades if needed. Another big bonus was the easy access to the outstanding fitness center in the bottom of the building. It includes and indoor pool - next time I will definitely bring my suit! The machines were great and included a wide variety of both cardio and weight machines. We loved our walk to the shore of Lake Michigan - even though we were there when it was super cold weather, it was an awesome view and great sunset. It was easy to fix dinner, although there is a Subway right next door at the bottom of the building and several restaurants within walking distance. Also, although it was closed while we were there, there is an ice cream shop right in the same building!! Can't wait to get some of that on my next visit. Beyond the beach and Dunes that are really close - In checking out the area, we noticed a golf course and, separately, a casino within about a five to 10 minute drive of the condo and an outlet mall within a 15 min drive. The owner is super nice to work with in making all of the travel arrangements. She also included several keys/fobs to make it flexible for more than one person to be out and about. I would definitely recommend that anyone traveling to the shores of Lake Michigan check this out! It was just a beautiful area and everything was so convenient.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I could not believe how close New Buffalo was to Indianapolis yet I felt I was in a different world. New Buffalo is a great town, so close to the lake, super close to shopping (even myself being directionally challenged found it), the train was right outside the door .. lots to do for everyone .. even in the winter! The condo was professionally decorated/modern/new, big beautiful windows, TVs, wi -fi, kitchen loaded with all the essentials ... the amenities at the condo were also great .. the workout room and the pool were just two floors down!! Also, no matter how much or how little you pack the loading and unloading were easy and close to condo door!! I can't wait to go back this summer!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had an amazing girls weekend at this property. The home is cozy, clean and modern. Plenty of places for lounging. Great location! You are close to everything including the beach. The only thing that was a little unexpected was we came in at night and to get the key we meet someone at the McDonald's off the exit and then followed them to the property where they checked us in. The person who meet us was lovely but just didn't expect to follow someone to the property and then have them come in with us. With other properties we have rented there was simply a key hand off or instructions and keys mailed before stay.Recommended for: People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Six friends and I headed up to this beautiful condo for a weekend of scrapbooking, shopping and relaxing. Our first evening there, we decided to head to the beach to watch a beautiful sunset over Lake Michigan. The condo has tons of room so we could comfortably spread out with all of our scrapbooking gear. It is well-kept, clean, and lets in lots of natural light. We had a beautiful view of the harbor, which was wonderful to look at while relaxing in front of the warm fireplace. (This is also a great spot to take a nap!) The Michigan City Outlet mall (one of the best I've been to) is very close to the condo. The fitness facilities here were awesome - cardio machines plus tons of weights! I look forward to returning here for another girl's weekend and a weekend with my family as well!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our group arrived on a cold wintery night expecting a summer vacation town to be deserted. Once settling into the condo we relaxed by the fireplace and enjoyed the Xfinity TV service, tea from the Kuerig provided by the owner and the literature regarding local eateries/attractions. Up and about the next morning we were able to walk to get some pastries and lattes at a bustling local establishment. On a warm day walking to the beach would be no problem, but today we drove the short distance and were in awe of the frozen sculptures that had developed on the edge of the water. Later that day all in our party of 5 received spa treatments at the spa located in the same building. Surprisingly this summer vacation town was bustling. When not out and about our group had no problem relaxing in the condo, playing the games provided and enjoying the warmth of the fire without stepping on each other's toes. Without question this VRBO would be outstanding in the summer, but don't let a little cold weather keep you away.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We arrived the day after Xmas with a light snow... we walked Lake MI the next day to a cold wind. I would love to stay here in warmer weather to utilize the beach more. But we did outlet shopping in nearby MI City...great stores only 15 min drive. Also one day the family snow skied at Timber Ridge which was about 75 min drive. They had a ball while I shopped more. There are ample restaurants in New Buffalo with many culinary choices. We loved the "Grateful Diner". The street has lots of cute shops & restaurants. The Amtrak station is right out the front door with a hour ride to downtown Chicago. The kids enjoyed the train ride which is something we dont get to do in our hometown. We also visited Warren State Park about a 20 min drive with huge sand dunes to climb. One climb to the top was enough exercise for me with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. The condo is very spacious with HUGE closets and shelves, so lots of room to unpack and spread your belongings out. One closet you could literally sleep in! Very nicely decorated and kitchen has everything you need to cook with. The workout center is one like Ive never seen in a rental unit. Lots of workout equipment to choose from..it is huge and also showers and lockers if you choose. There is also an indoor heated pool that the kids loved. In addition an outdoor pool for summer months. Overall the unit is very clean and roomy for a large family or 2 small families...would be fun for a ladies get away ..we saw lots of spas in New Buffalo. It was an easy 5 hour drive for us much closer than Florida! We hope we can visit again in the summer and be outdoors more though we found lots to do and see in the area. We had a fun family get-a-way!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
