With amazing views and fresh tropical breezes, this 2bedroom luxurious pad offers a spacious living and dinning area, as well as a full kitchen. Sunbathe on the lounge chairs, take a dip in our crystal clear pool; curl up in a hammock with your favorite book... the ways to relax around here are endless. Unit offers king size bed, and 2 twin beds. Cable TV on flat screen, WiFi, large bathroom, washer and dryer, dining area. Traveling as a group? We have and option for an additional 3rd bedroom (+$80 per night) and upstairs Master suite (+ 175 per night). Having an event? Get all three! This was not a vacation trip; I come to Kailua every year to check on my house. The location was very close to my house which made it convenient. I was in the single corner room. Clean, comfortable bed. It was OK. Some guests did not respect quiet hours or when they came & went which was annoying. The house backs up against a main road artery and there is some road noise. I would stay again next year because it is convenient for me and cost effective. If you wanted more of a vacation feel, the larger rooms are for you. The full weight room which was an unexpected pleasure. WiFi was also useful. I had no TV service during my stay which was not all that bad. Having lived here for 8 years, I was looking forward to watching the local news and since I was working on my house, getting the TV weather forecast would have been helpful.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

The space it's self is not only roomy, it's stylish, comfortable, next to the pool, and a few minutes drive to downtown Kailua. In general the service was above and beyond. Alana and Kainoa are there if you need them, but not over bearing or intrusive. It's above and beyond what you could imagine for a Hawaiian vacation.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had the best vacation ever at this place; the pictures don't do the place justice. It's like a mini resort with 2 waterfalls! Swimming in the pool in the evening under the palms was just the best and our unit had a super clean white gourmet kitchen with all the bells and whistles. Kainoa and Alana could not have been more accommodating and are super nice. We made friends with the couple in the unit upstairs and they were wonderful; this was just topping on the cake. We will definitely be coming back.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Facility was beautiful and the outdoor pool/patio were amazing, as was the kitchen facility. The managers were very friendly and helpful and were there to help in any way possible. Recommend this property. AlohaRecommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

The house of waterfalls is everything it say's it is. We were very satisfied with our stay at this beautiful home. The owners made us feel right at home. The amenities were carefully thought out. The solar heated pool was refreshing after a long day shopping or sightseeing. The house is located near one of the best beaches in the islands and near good shopping, restaurants and a major highway to take you in many directions. The only regret I have was not using its spectacular kitchen. I would definetely recommend and use this rental again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
