This recently renovated condominium has hardwood floors, new contemporary furniture in the living room and bedroom, bamboo dining table, new bathroom fixtures, and has a large lanai outdoor deck on the first floor. It has a full view of the Pacific Ocean, and is on the ninth fairway of the Kona Country Club Golf Course.
Our condominium is on the first level of a three-story building. It comfortably sleeps six, and has a master bedroom, with a private bathroom and a separate enclosed bedroom. This unit is fully-equipped, has new appliances, granite countertops, and is recently decorated in a contemporary Hawaiian style. The unit is in excellent condition.
The spacious L-shaped living room has a murphy-bed which can be closed off as a private 2nd bedroom. The lanai is very spacious, and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The surrounding area of the condominium is a landscaping delight.
Keauhou Bay is within a short walking distance of the condominium. There are excellent beaches close by, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, tennis, hiking, and golfing, are just a few of activities the big island has to offer. Do not miss the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Kona now offers some of the finest contemporary and Hawaiian dining.
Keauhou is uniquely located and only six miles from the town of Kona. It is close to coffee plantations which are very lush and tropical. The condominium is close to shopping, grocery stores, cinema, and restaurants. You will feel completely relaxed, with everything you need in this completely equipped condominium.
Experience the joy of Hawaii and explore some of the most beautiful land on this earth. The sunsets are absolutely spectacular, with wonderful ocean breezes!

The condo was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed the lush vegetation and the beautiful evenings on the lanai. The condo is close proximity to stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities including beach towels, chairs, boogie board and unbrellas. We enjoyed eating at Sam Choys because of the beautiful view and the great food. Huggos On the Rocks was great for Happy Hour cocktails. We will be coming back....Great time

Many thanks for allowin us to stay at your charming condo at Keauhou Akahi! It was the perfect location, perfect size, perfect everything! We made friends with the tiniest gecko residing in the ginger plant outside your walkway. The levered windows allow the breeze - and the sound of the rain - lull us to sleep. We just returned from Kona, Hawaii after a 7 night stay in this beautifual condo....It was the perfect location and was a wonderful condo to stay in...The lanai vews were incredible and we couldn't have asked for anything more...This was perfect for our family of four...The children each had their own bed and my husband and I had the bedroom....You will not be dissapointed if you rent from John and Sharon...Mahalo....We will visit again real soon...

We visited here for the second time in May 2011. The unit has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. It's quiet and a perfect place to get away and relax from the hustle and bustle of real life. It's close proximity to groceries and shopping. John and Sharon are friendly and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

The rental is exactly as advertised and located in a relaxed setting. Conveniently close to shopping and entertainment, yet just far enough away for peace & quiet. The owners were very easy to deal with and I would recommend this without hestitation to any friend or family.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The description was accurate in regards to the location and amenities, and the pictures were a true representation of the condo. The owners were easy to work with. We only used the master bedroom, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this property to a friend.
