This recently renovated condominium has hardwood floors, new contemporary furniture in the living room and bedroom, bamboo dining table, new bathroom fixtures, and has a large lanai outdoor deck on the first floor. It has a full view of the Pacific Ocean, and is on the ninth fairway of the Kona Country Club Golf Course.
Our condominium is on the first level of a three-story building. It comfortably sleeps six, and has a master bedroom, with a private bathroom and a separate enclosed bedroom. This unit is fully-equipped, has new appliances, granite countertops, and is recently decorated in a contemporary Hawaiian style. The unit is in excellent condition.
The spacious L-shaped living room has a murphy-bed which can be closed off as a private 2nd bedroom. The lanai is very spacious, and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The surrounding area of the condominium is a landscaping delight.
Keauhou Bay is within a short walking distance of the condominium. There are excellent beaches close by, snorkeling, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, horseback riding, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, tennis, hiking, and golfing, are just a few of activities the big island has to offer. Do not miss the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Kona now offers some of the finest contemporary and Hawaiian dining.
Keauhou is uniquely located and only six miles from the town of Kona. It is close to coffee plantations which are very lush and tropical. The condominium is close to shopping, grocery stores, cinema, and restaurants. You will feel completely relaxed, with everything you need in this completely equipped condominium.
