Year Purchased: 2009
About the owner: We are currently living abroad that is why we have chosen to have a property management service handle the property. Although we are excited about our eventual retirement to this home.
Why the Owner Chose Saugatuck:
We chose to purchase this property because it's in a lovely beach neighborhood with wonderful old Lake Michigan cottages and only a short walk away from a great free city beach. It's in close proximity to both downtown Saugatuck and Douglas and it's not absolutely necessary to have a car. But most of all a quiet and secluded neighborhood.
