My parents own this wonderful home in Breckenridge. Our family is not there year-round, so they we are renting it a few weeks per year to couples who appreciate an artfully decorated, cozy, spacious house with amazing access to world-class skiing and charming historic downtown Breckenridge.
This 3 bed, 3 bath home has a private hot tub and lots of extras including new loaded kitchen with granite and stainless, gas BBQ grill just off kitchen, sunny front deck overlooking Baldy Mountain, gas fireplace, master bedroom has mountain views, window seat, king bed, double sinks and separate shower/oversize tub.
Located only a block from the free shuttle, which takes you up one stop to the base and lifts of peak 8 or down one mile to Main Street (Downtown) or Peak 9 Village.
You may also walk approximately 3 blocks (5 to 10 minutes) to and from Four O'Clock ski run where you can ski down to Snow Flake lift to begin your day of skiing/riding or come in for an afternoon break and lunch.
The Breckenridge Nordic Center is located two blocks away, on Ski Hill Rd. to begin your day of cross country skiing or snowshoeing through beautiful scenic trails.
Layout has a private 4-level design with the top floor master bed, bath, and loft with stereo overlooking the 3rd floor kitchen, dining room, and living room. 2nd floor has the fireplace-warmed family room with pull-out sleeper couch, TV, and a bath with shower. 1st floor has full bath and 2 bedrooms—1 with queen bed, 1 with queen bed plus single bunk on top. Each bedroom has its own tv.
Handy heated 1-car garage with ski/board racks and boot bench.

This was absolutely delightful! Beautiful home with antique touches and a wonderful gourmet kitchen! We felt like it was our own home. The town of Breckenridge is very close and charming with unique shops and fantastic restaurants! We would highly recommend this rental and know you will elevate your spirits and senses while being there!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This home in Breckenridge is fabulous!!! You will love the warmth and coziness as soon as you walk in. The decor is lovely and has every convenience one could want in a luxury accommodation. You will thoroughly enjoy the beautiful views in the living area, the downstairs sitting room, or the window seat in the master suite. This home is suburbly furnished in a beautiful wooded setting. The kitchen is gorgeous with a grill right outside the kitchen door. It is a wonderful location with the Nordic center close by as well as easy access to the base of Peak 8 by bus or ski in ski out to the nearby Snowflake lift. We also enjoyed the walking trails right outside the door and shopping in the lovely town of Breckenridge. I would highly recommend this home for 2 or three couples for a week of skiing and fun.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This home provided us with everything you could wish for a restful vacation. The quiet wooded neighborhood with views of the nearby peaks was just what we needed. The closeness to town was just perfect--no noise but only a mile away. The living areas at different levels provided some separation for reading or watching TV. One master bedroom is at the highest level whereas the other bedrooms are in the lower area. The two living areas are separated by a stairway. The fireplace was an additional luxury. The home has been superbly maintained. We will be back.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this home for several years in a row, before it was on VRBO, and it is not like a rental. It is a family home. Beautifully decorated and cozy. Great location with the bus being 1 stop from Peak 8 and 5 minutes from downtown. We love Breckenridge because the town is so charming and the ski resort is just the right size.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: The family bought this home in Breckenridge after renting a couple summers and realizing they wanted to spend every summer in this town, and maybe some winters here as well.
Why the Owner Chose Park Forest Estates:
Being close to town and the slopes, as well as the Nordic Center made this an ideal spot. The layout of the house was perfect. The town of Breckenridge has so much to offer for such a small town. Even though it is geared to tourists, there is an authenticity you will not find at any other resort town.
