OPTION 1 -
2000 SQUARE FOOT MAIN HOME - 3 Bedrooms - Master with Luxury Spa Bath tucked privately at rear of home, 2nd bath with 2 beautiful bedrooms off large welcoming entry at front of home, Huge Open Concept Great Room with Cathedral ceilings open to Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and 9 ft granite island. Separate Computer room (free WIFI as well as free landline with local & long distance calls inside US) off Great Room. Outdoor Patio with Grill and huge yard and 3 car garage with keypad and remotes.
OPTION 2 - ADD LOWER LEVEL
The addition of the HUGE lower level can be included for $100 per nite (separated by a locked door from main hall). This option adds 1600 square feet to include 4th bedroom, 3rd full bath, 2nd kitchen area, rec room with TV, pool table, backgammon table, kids play area with play kitchen, dress ups, legos, puzzles, games, and hours of childs play. Lower Level has a Double Bed in 4th bedroom. Two daybeds also in lower level. Air mattress,Toddler Bed & Pack & Play also available upon request.
Fishing, Nature, Kids Playground, Walking/Biking trails, Waterpark, less than 1 mile at Lake Zorinsky. Also included are passes for the YMCA located just across the street. Guests always say what a wonderful facility this is with the awesome zero-depth pool for the kids, basketball, and even free childcare so parents can workout!
Should you have the need for a larger gathering we have booked stays in this home AND our detached Grey House next door. How wonderful it has been for families to combine and share 2 homes totaling 5600 sq ft with 3 kitchens, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 6 garages, and an awesome play area for the kids (adults love the pool table too!). We even have in-town Spring Wedding guests that have reserved both homes to stay in plus create a special memory by baking the wedding cake together in our BIG beautiful kitchens!

Our party of three couples just returned from the 2013 Berkshire Hathaway meeting and were fortunate to find this exquisitely appointed home. From our first inquiry the owner, Lisa, was as attentive and responsive as she could be. The home is off the beaten path yet close to all stores and Interstates. The upstairs living area is large and unobstructed and includes a modern kitchen with all the amenities. The bedrooms and baths are also well appointed and very comfortable and include everything you'd expect in your home. The downstairs includes a huge play area for children as well as another kitchen and bedroom. This is truly a find and anyone visiting Omaha should take advantage of this lovely home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a wonderful stay we had!! The homes were beautiful and exceeded our expectations during our stay. We gathered our family's for our daughter's wedding and the coziness of these homes made bringing everyone together just a joy. We are so thankful that the houses were so well thought out in all of the comforts of a "HOME" not just a place to stay. I used the gourmet kitchen to make "The Wedding Cake" (all six tiers) and it was perfect for completing this labor of love. We are already making plans to return to Omaha and wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Thank you Lisa as your homes are a true gems.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our family recently stayed in the Savannah Cottage over our "spring break". We all loved this gorgeous home during our week in Omaha. It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed! Lisa was so professional and helpful from start to finish. We were able to relax and stretch out in this large home. My older parents enjoyed the main floor bedrooms and living area and we had privacy, when needed, downstairs. We had fun using the pool table and then converted it into a great ping pong table. The spacious kitchen upstairs has every utensil and dishware you could imagine. There is a full-bath and kitchen downstairs, as well as a huge play area for kids. This is a super location for a multi-generational family. Our teens even enjoyed the privacy of the "den" area where they could squirrel away with their laptop computers and other electronics...and shut the door when the adults got too loud. Did I mention there is wi-fi? We decided we could have stayed in a bunch of hotel rooms or shared our family time together in the Savannah. This was the right choice for us. If you're looking for a deluxe setting to create great memories with your family and friends...the Savannah is the perfect home!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My wife, 2 year old and 4 month old had the pleasure of being acquainted with Lisa and staying at this great house. We stayed here for Thanksgiving to meet up with family in Omaha. We chose to rent a house so we could have lots of space with our children. Lisa was very helpful and absolutely easy to get a hold of. The house was described perfectly and was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was beautiful with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The back yard is huge and awesome for kids to run around. We had everything we could possibly need and more. When we arrived, we noticed that Lisa was kind enough to even leave a box of cookies for us, which we loved! Also, Lisa was nice enough to provide a Pack and Play, toddler bed and lots of toys for the kids too! The house is located in a very nice neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Overall, we loved staying here but more importantly Lisa made our experience very delightful. If we ever come back to Omaha, I really hope Lisa is still renting this house because we would most certainly rent from her again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Lisa, Thanks for the great stay at the brown house we had over the weekend!! Your place was a perfect fit for our 5 grandkids and us 6 adults. the toy room in the basement was so wonderfull! The kitchen and living room were so spacious it gave us lots of room for games and eating. God even blessed us with a little white stuff (snow) the morning we left, so the kids were able to run and play in the big backyard before we loaded up and headed out. Thank you again for all you did to make the weekend work for us!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
