About the owner: I used to live in this house with my wife Joanne from Australia. The home is very comfortable and the area is on a very quite road.The area is full of charm with lots of local people coming and going.Within a 15 minute bus ride to Dublin City Centre.
Why the Owner Chose Dublin: I bought this house in the 1st instance as i grow up with-in a 10 minute walk from this house in an area called Drumcondra,what made me fall in love with this house in particular was the period features throughout which are common for a house built in 1915 in this area.With original granite steps to enter the house and the high ceilings lead you to a architect designed modern extension to the rear - old & new blended perfectly together - true bless!
