Our villa is a nicely decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story town home in the Ocean Breeze Villas complex off South Forest Beach in Hilton Head Island, SC behind Sea Scape Villas
The villa is a great mix of location and amenities for most every interest. Located on end of cul-de-sac with lots of privacy.
Once you arrive, you have the option of parking your car for the duration of your stay.
Beach Lovers: Easy and shady 2 block walk to the beach. Our unit is equipped with a beach cart for trips to/from the beach.
Pool Lovers: There are three private pools and in the complex. The pools offer lounge chairs and convenient restrooms on-site….no need to run back to villa. Pools offer either sun or shade based on your personal preference.
Tennis Anyone: Tennis is available at the on-site tennis court as well as nearby Van Der Meer Tennis Center.
For those interested in peddling around the island, bike rental is just down the street.
Coligny Plaza: Walking/biking distance to a variety of restaurants, shops and entertainment for all ages. A must visit when staying at our villa.
Groceries – Stock up on your supplies at Piggly Wiggly or Bi-Lo both within walking or biking distance.
Churches – Pope Avenue is nearby (7 blocks) and is home to several churches, as well as shops and restaurants. Easy bike ride or walk.
This townhouse has been updated and has wood floors and ceramic tile on the main floor. Newer furnishings throughout make you feel right at home. The new flat screen TV in living area also has a DVD player. New flat screen installed in two bedrooms November 2013. New stainless steel appliances installed November 2013.
WI-FI High speed internet is available at no additional charge.
Our fully-stocked kitchen includes refrigerator with ice maker, range and over-the-range microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
On the first floor, there is a comfortable bedroom with adjacent bathroom and is ideal for anyone but especially nice for someone not wanting to take stairs up to second floor.
Upstairs are two additional master bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom offers a king-size bed. The other bedroom has beautiful queen-size bed. Linens are provided for your convenience. There are TVs in all bedrooms.
Upstairs you will also find a washer/dryer.
Although close to everything, you will feel like you are in a tropical retreat in this complex. This villa offers one of the best views of the fountain and lagoon off the private deck with outdoor dining and new gas grill.
Your four-legged family member is welcome with prior approval and $90 per pet convenience fee. We assume your pet is up-to-date with shots and well-behaved. Specific neighborhood rules apply. Please contact us for details.

My family and I had a great time over the Labor Day holiday at this villa. The new owners of this villa are trying hard to make their place as comfortable as possible. They were responsive to our inquiry and questions and very easy to work with. The villa is clean and the new furnishings are comfortable, bright and cheery. A nice grill is provided for grilling out. Lots of shade in this complex and very pet friendly. A short walk to the beach and the pool is near by as well. Lots of good restaurants and shopping close by. Would definitely stay at this villa again. Enjoyed our trip tremendously.

We rented this condo for our annual trip to HH for the New Year. It is an older condo in an older complex as is much of HH. The 2 couples who own this property just recently purchased it and have made improvements and updates. It is well decorated and well equipped, and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pictures and the video are accurate. What you see is what you get. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant, even our 15 year old dog was able to make it. We always rent bikes when we are there and many amenities of the island are within easy biking distance. A trip to Java Joe's and Skillets at Coligny are a must on our to-do list and we biked there easily even with a 9 month old in tow. We enjoy afternoons in the harbour and marina areas of Sea Pines and again they are in easy biking distance. I cannot say enough nice things about the owners. It was a pleasure to work with them. They even mailed clothes that I left (after a dummy check!) back to me. My family and our furry friends had a wonderful week. I will rent this condo again if it is available and will recommend it to friends.
