The Alpine Chalet at Incline is a spacious 2800 square foot fully-equipped free-standing vacation home with filtered Lake views. The home comfortably accommodates 14 (max 12 adults/2 children) on three separate levels - complete with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The chalet has been recently remodeled and stylishly decorated with custom themes and comfortable furnishings (Please see the link below to our owners web site for new pictures of the kitchen, living room and remodeled baths). The home is located in the heart of Incline Village, Tahoe’s quintessential year-round vacation setting for people with recreation and relaxation in mind. You will find an abundance of specialty retail and grocery stores and a number of diverse restaurants within a 2 mile radius of the property. Additionally, the Hyatt Casino and Diamond Peak Ski Resort are less than a mile away. The Alpine Chalet at Incline is nestled among soaring pine trees with filtered lake views. With over 2800 square feet, the house is ideally suited for large families or a perfect retreat for a group of friends. The following is a brief description of each level of the chalet: FIRST LEVEL The lowest level of the house sleeps eight and is complete with a full bath and a large rec room. Two of the bedrooms are located off the rec room (one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other is set up with twin bunk beds). The other bedroom is located a few short steps up from that level and it contains a queen bed. The spacious rec room has a slate pool table, sectional couch (with pull out sleeper), 52" big screen TV/home theatre and a wet bar. The rec room is themed in the traditional Tahoe style complete with hardwood and slate floors, knotty pine wood wainscoating and beamed ceilings. This level can be accessed through a seperate outdoor entrance or through an interior door connected to the upper levels of the house. SECOND LEVEL This is the main living space of the chalet. It is complete with a full kitchen stocked with all of your cooking needs and dining area that seats up to 14. The kitchen/dining room was just recently remodeled and expanded with all new stainless steel appliances including a double oven, hickory cabinets, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar island. The crowning touch to this level is the spacious living room with vaulted beamed ceilings, new furniture (the living room comfortably seats your whole group), a gas fireplace, 52" flat screen TV/Home Theatre all of which is facing a window wall of sliding doors to the deck. The deck spans the length of the house and has panoramic views of the lake through the pine trees. Don't forget to make use of the seasonal patio furniture and catch a breathtaking Tahoe sunset or sunrise! THIRD LEVEL The third and top level has 3 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps six. The Master Bedroom is truly fit for royalty as it has a king bed, a private master bath, and a window with a terrific lake view. Two additional bedrooms with traditional chalet style balconies that face the cul de sac are located on this level. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a full size bed both sharing a full bath (recently remodeled).
