We had a great time at this chalet. It was big enough for our family group and yet cozy at the same time. Would definitely rent this place again! =) Thank you Rich and Dee Dee.

Our extended family (7 adults, 2 children ages 10 &8) stayed here for 7 nights in March 2010. Many things we liked about the house: 1. Easy to get to 2. Close to Diamond Peak ski resort (2 minutes away) and Northstar ski resort (15 minutes away) 3. Raleys (groceries, etc.) is 5 minutes away 4. Well-equipped kitchen 5. Large enough for a large group to have their own bedrooms, bathrooms and lving spaces 6. Pool table & video games for the kids 7. Very clean and well-maintained 8. Priced at least 25% cheaper than comparable homes in the area 9. The owners were very helpful with directions and answering questions Only a couple of nitpicks: 1. A hair dryer in each bathroom would be nice (only 1 is provided) 2. Internet service dropped out a couple times (once for a couple hours), but of course this is not the fault of the owners 3. Stairs going to the lower level are steep - need to be careful (2 in our party fell on the first day) We have stayed at 10 rentals over the years, and this house was one of the best. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay on the north side of the lake.

Our very large family spent a week in early February,2010. This is an outstanding vacation home. Great Atmosphere and location. All of the furniture, appliances, and decor are top notch. The kitchen is large and very well stocked. This is the best we've ever had in 32 years of ski weeks. It was great fun for all ages from 2 to 71. It is reasonably priced in my opinion.

My family - children - grandchildren have stayed at the Chalet for the past three summers. The house is big and roomy for shared and private space. The new kitchen is fabulous. It's close to beaches, night life, shopping and is offered at a reasonable price. The owner Rich is very accommodating in making your vacation experience a "good one!" I would recommend the Chalet for your stay in Tahoe!

Our family had a wonderful vacation this July, I will never forget my first stand-up paddle board experience! The house remodel looks terrific & I hope to visit again during the winter season. Thanks for making us feel "at home"

We had our family and grandchildren, a total of 12,at the chalet for Christmas. It was spacious so that everyone had some space when they needed it. The chalet was decorated for us...what a surprise when we arrived. Some very special memories for all our family!

We rented this house when we got married last year at the Hyatt and had a wonderful time. (10/12/05, sorry it took so long to write in!)We had 10 people here and it was not at all crowded! We all had pleanty of room to hang our togather or get some space from each other as needed. Everything looked/worked great. The location was fantastic for us and convenient to stores and lake. I will rent here again!! Thank you!

Such a fabulous chalet!!!!!! Eight high school girlfriends celebrated our 50th birthday and had a blast! The chalet is very large with lots of space and sleeping beds. Very comfortable. Had a blast playing pool! We were very impressed at how clean and well kept the place is. It had everything in it you need...just like home!!!! What a great house, in a great location. Wonderful place for old friend to get together. Loved the downstairs, pool table and big screen. Made great use of the poker room as well. We are looking forward to our return to the chalet! Highly Recommended!

What a great winter family reunion we had! The entire family sat at the big table to talk, play games, and eat! The bedrooms were spacious and quiet. The pool table and big screen were a bonus. The entire family had a great time skiing and playing in the snow. Lovely views. Thank you!

This beautiful house helped make my first trip to Lake Tahoe pure pleasure! Great hiking up Diamond Peak and along the shore, gorgeous lake views, proximity to great beaches and Lake Tahoe Shakespeare, peace and serenity -- what more could anyone ask for? I can only imagine how magnificent it must look under its winter snow blanket. The house has plenty of room to spread out, and spacious common areas for lots of people to be together. I loved it. Recommended!!

The house was spacious and very comfortable. Everthing was clean and nice. We enjoyed our stay very much. The appliances were all functioning and most were brand new. Interactions with the owners were pleasant and professional. We would definitely stay again.
