HOME DETAILS:
The gorgeous white sand beach, excellent restaurants, shops, ice cream, supermarket, and luxury resort spas are less than 1.5 miles. Our home has fantastic southern exposure wide water views, where you can depart from our private dock and enter world class fishing and the Gulf of Mexico within 15 minutes. Get close to nature by gazing into the backyard to watch dolphins playing or slow moving manatees searching for food.
Spread out and lose track of time in this well-appointed, fully furnished 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The three tall sliding glass doors offer wonderful views of the water. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own full private bath. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Along with air conditioning, each bedroom has a ceiling fan for those very hot summer days and nights. Although the summers are hot, it’s very tranquil on the island and it hosts the most spectacular sunsets all year.

EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES:
Normal check-in time is 4pm and checkout time is 10am. Based on availability, we will make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals and late departures. If you arrive early in the day and you prefer access to our home, we recommend reserving it for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving our home for an additional night will guarantee access to our home past check-out time.
CLIMATE:
Marco Island falls between the tropical and sub-tropical climate zones. Winters are mild, sunny and mainly dry, while summers are hot and humid, with afternoon showers and the occasional tropical storm. Daytime air temperatures average around 77 degrees, and water temperatures range from mid-60s in winter to mid-80s in summer.
AREA LOCATION:
Located a short ride from the Florida Everglades and close to Naples, Marco Island is the largest and only developed land in Florida's Ten Thousand Islands. It offers luxury resorts, beautiful beaches and unspoiled parks. The closest International Airport is named Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) and is 48 miles from Marco Island.
