Main floor- open Kitchen and dinning area. Wine Bar, Bedroom with 2 double beds, Bath and living area with large screen TV and gas fireplace. Double doors open to a fantastic deck that spans the front of the house, overlooking the lake. Complete with gas grill for Barbecuing.
Loft -overlooks the spacious living room and out to the lake. Contains cozy bedroom with King size bed and a full bath with large walk-in shower.
Basement -bedroom with queen size bed, bath, vast living space, large screen TV, queen size sofa sleeper, divan, 2 leather recliners and tons of floor space for additional sleeping if needed.

I found this rental exactly how the owner and pictures described it. We had a very leisurely stay. It was so spacious. The house was clean and provided amenities such as dishwasher, fabulous grill, board games, spacious refrigerator, DVD player. We had a wonderful lunch at Icy Mae's restaurant. I recommend that you book your next vacation here. You won't want to leave.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place is gorgeous. I was there with 2 of my friends so we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms and it was great. But with a large main floor as well as a full basement I kept imagining bringing my family, my parents and my brothers with their kids and realized there would be room for all! The kitchen and dining area was large and would easily accommodate a small family crowd. I liked that there were two main living areas so some could be watching movies or TV downstairs and not bother others who perhaps would rather laze around and read or just talk. The location is great as well as because you are not far from Eureka Springs or Branson. It would also be perfect for just me and my husband as a get-away. The lake is beautiful, the house is gorgeous and very clean. I will most definitely be coming back to the Rocking Bar B Retreat.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
