Welcome to 'SeaBreeze” on beautiful Cape San Blas!
This home has it all, including one of the best 1st tier views on the cape! Approximately 100' from the beach, and a very short walk to the community boardwalk. You can take a quiet stroll and watch the dolphins play, comb the beach for that perfect shell, build sandcastles, or go fishing—the possibilities are endless! Love the water but don't like the sand? Relax at our private pool, which is one of the largest in the community. At the end of the day, slow down and watch the sunset from 5 different rooms, or from 2 different porches.

Adults can enjoy privacy upstairs on the 3rd floor in three separate bedrooms, while children can have their own area with bunk beds on the ground floor. There is also a daybed in the third floor sitting area for larger families.
From the fully equipped kitchen, to the private sitting area with a picture window facing the ocean on the 3rd floor, this house is furnished with any and everything you could possibly need. About the owner: My wife and I live in Ohio with our two beautiful teenage girls. We also have two dogs, Bella a goldendoodle, and Mya a shi-poo. We have always loved the beach and go any chance we get. We are thrilled to have found Cape San Blas and what we believe is our perfect beach, and a place we love coming back to.
Why the Owner Chose Seagrass:
We first came to Cape San Blas for our anniversary in 2012. We absolutely loved the area, from the wide open beaches void of crowds, to the quaint little towns nearby where you can always find a great meal.

SeaBreeze is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Seagrass sub-division, which is one of the most highly sought after areas on the Cape. Being part of a neighborhood provides a great place for kids to ride bikes, take walks, or just hang out at the community pool.

We love the SeaBreeze house. We first fell in love with the heartland pine floors and the great open floor plan. The views from the living and dining rooms are incredible.

The views at SeaBreeze are absolutely beautiful. You can enjoy a nice dinner in the dining room while taking in an incredible view of the Gulf. The house also offers two Gulf side decks where you can sit and drink your morning coffee or watch the evening sunset over the water.
