Relax in this spacious 2500 square foot four bedroom two and a half bathroom home in Queen Creek. This contemporary style home is perfect for any winter getaway.
The two story home features all new furnishings, a stocked open style kitchen and a double car garage in the quiet Morning Sun Farms sub division. This home can comfortably sleep up to eight people on four comfortable queen size beds.
Enter through double French doors to the large master bedroom which features a comfortable queen size bed, spacious walk-in closet, ensuite with double sinks, soaker tub and separate shower. The bedroom also has a chaise lounge and high definition TV with a DVD player to relax to after a day out on the course.
The other three bedrooms all feature a queen size bed with night stands and dressers. The second bathroom equipped with a tub and shower is conveniently located upstairs for these bedrooms to use.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities including a coffee maker, toaster, water and ice dispensing fridge, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. There are three bar stools set up on the kitchen island and a table set for four in the eating area. For a more formal experience, the dining room offers a large table with seating for eight. There is also a patio set for six to enjoy Arizona’s sunsets or just to relax and catch some sun.
The family room and office which are directly in front of the kitchen and eating area features a comfortable sectional and high definition TV and DVD player ensuring plenty of room to relax while the office is setup with a laptop with wired and wireless internet, as well as a phone that includes long distance to North America!
The laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer is located next to the entrance of the double car garage keeping your car safe and cool from the Arizona sun.
This home is located in the community of Morning Sun Farms which is close to golfing including Las Colinas, Johnson Ranch and Encanterra Country Club, shopping at San Tan Village and Johnson Ranch marketplace, and great dining in many places nearby.
During the spring, Mesa is home to Hohokam Stadium which hosts the world famous Chicago Cubs. If you are an avid baseball fan you can travel a short distance to see any of the other Cactus teams such as, The White Sox, Cincinnati Reds, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, Las Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers, Colorado Rockies or several other teams. Arizona also offers Football, Hockey and Basketball to satisfy the sports fanatic in your family.

Great house, well equipped ,lots of room. Property is located with good access to hyways to make your stay convenient. We came for Spring Training baseball and found it very easy to access all venues. We had a problem with the clothes dryer and it was taken care of same day. The back yard is not landscaped yet and once it is our stay would have rated excellent instead of good. Would recommend the property.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is the first time my extended family has rented a vacation home and it was such a pleasurable experience that we plan to do it again. The Queen Creek home was beautifully furnished and the people from VRBO were wonderful to work with. In the past, we stayed in hotels which made it difficult to get everyone comfortably together in one place. We had fun preparing simple meals together in the fully furnished kitchen, which was a huge cost savings compared to dining out every meal, and eating as a family at the dining room table. Grocery stores, Queen Creek Market Place, the Peach Blossom Festival, the Olive Mill & other places were very easy to travel to. We also passed time just sitting at the house at the table or out on the patio playing some lightly competitive card and board games. And, the beds were more comfortable than any hotel bed I've slept in. Queen Creek was an excellent place to stay while visiting family and friends in the Chandler area...out of the hustle of the much busier Phoenix area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this way to vacation...no more hotels for us!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great stay in this Queen Creek home. It was close to shopping and golf yet far enough away from the city. We stayed 3 weeks to relax, found this home had all the comforts that we were used to. Booking with the manager was a great experience as well. Will be back on our next trip to Arizona!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
