Our Mountain Cabin. built in 2012, boasts approximately 1,900 sf of living space including sleeping accommodations for 12 people. It is Ski-In/Ski-Out providing direct ski access to the Alpine Chair Lift at Boyne Mountain Ski Resort.
The main floor of the cabin provides the perfect setting for making wonderful family memories. With a fully stocked, large kitchen - cooking for a full house is a breeze. The large dining table is expandable to sit 10 guests comfortably with additional seating available at the eat up bar. After dinner - relax by the wood burning fireplace for a family game night or movie night on our 50” flat screen TV/DVD/Blu-Ray. Enjoy the view out of the sprawling windows to the foliage that surrounds the cabin. The main floor also boasts a bedroom with a full sized bed and attached full bathroom.
The second floor is home to the gorgeous master suite and attached sitting area. Accommodations include a queen size bed, walk in closet and attached full bathroom. Truly a comfortable and well appointed space.
Let the kids unwind after a long day of skiing or swimming in the bright, walk-out lower level. In addition to two bedrooms, this space offers a full bathroom and additional living room with a wet bar, 50” flat screen TV, and Blu-Ray/DVD combo. There are two bedrooms on the lower level including a bunk room. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed while the bunk room offers two twin-size bunk beds providing sleeping arrangements for four. There is also a full size sleeper sofa available in the living area. Also provided on the lower level is a full size washer and dryer for your use during your stay.
Our property is part of the Boyne Mountain Resort Community - all guests will have full community access. This includes access to Lodge Events such as weekend story time for the kids, winter sleigh rides, summer hay rides, outdoor movies, scenic chair lift rides during non-ski season, tennis privileges and use of the year round outdoor pool/hot-tub at the Clock Tower Lodge.
During the Summer Months - enjoy the beautiful, sandy bottom Deer Lake with it's relaxing beach and lawn and full service Tiki Bar. The Deer Lake Beach is only 1 mile from the Cabin. Guests can utilize free use of the resort water sports which includes paddle boats, kayaks and paddle boards. Jet skis and speed boats are available to rent.
Additional activities at Boyne Mountain include year round ziplining, horseback riding, fishing expeditions, mountain biking and hiking. Helga's Haus, located on Boyne Mountain property, offers top-notch childcare available by the half-day and full day.
For those rainy days - don't forget about Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark located at Boyne Mountain Resort - Northern Michigan's largest indoor waterpark. For the adults - Solace Spa located at the Mountain Grand Lodge is just what the doctor ordered for some rest and relaxation.

I stayed here with a group of 12 and we had a great time. The cabin was extremely nice and clean, far better than the other property types at the mountain. The owner made sure that we were well taken care of. I will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time my group needs a place to stay at Boyne.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family and I came here with my in-laws for a Spring Break get-away. We had had such a fantastic time! The house was warm, inviting, and the kitchen was great. Ended up having everything we needed. The pictures are true to the descriptions and we loved that each floor had their own bathroom. The Tv. downstairs kept the kids entertained, while the adults could be on the main floor playing games or cooking. We really like that the cabin was not a condo and we could have our own privacy. Spent the mornings cooking a large breakfast, went skiing/ziplining on the moutain, and returned home to cook Dinner. One night we used the grilled and cooked a leg of lamb. It was amazing! AND IT WAS A STEAL! Great price for a military family budget! We liked that there was an option to have the shuttle bus come pick you up since you were staying on the Boyne resort. The only thing was bothersome was that if you were staying in the bedroom on the bottom floor, you could hear the pipes all night. Im not sure if there was leak, or just the way it is. And it was quite quiet at night. I would suggest a radio/alarm clock for noise interference in all the rooms. And it would be a major perk to look into a hot tub on the deck? We went to the Common hot tub on the grounds, but ended up taking so much stuff. Otherwise, we would totally do it again! We are already looking forward to our next stay with more family members this time! Maybe Christmas?! Can't wait to return!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I would definitely recommend this cabin for a vacation at Boyne. We went up for the weekend with four adults and four kids and fit comfortably. The place is exactly like the pictures. Our extended family just had a wonderful long weekend at this beautiful cabin. Our age range was 75, 60's, 50's, 40's, 30's, 20's teens down to 5 yrs old not one complaint from anyone! The listing discription was very accurate. The photo's are accurate but don't do it justice! It is very well maintained everything was clean and new even the inside of the fireplace was clean! Don't forget to bring any condiments you might want. but no need to pack any type of dishes or cooking items there is more than enough and everything you will need. you may want to bring some extra toilet paper, and some fat sticks or fire starters to help with the fire. Also you will NOT get cold in this cabin! it was 15 below zero out and we had to turn the heat down to 66 degrees so we wouldn't sweat in the bedrooms, they are so warm and have cozy down comforters on the beds. The owner was just a phone call away and was very helpful if we had any questions or needs. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone and would love to come back for another visit. We had enough room for all 11 of us nobody was on top of each other and the early birds could go to bed and not be disturbed by the night owls. There were plenty of bathrooms no lineups. There are free shuttles available to bring you to the main lodge and attractions.The Avalanche bay swimming was a big hit with the kids, The spa was wonderful, They had great restaurants at the clock tower and lodge, there were gift shops. And free horse drawn wagon rides in the evening. The skiers had the lifts a couple cabins down, just make sure you know the times they close. Also there was 2 feet of snow out and the roads are constantly being scraped down and clear for driving and the walkway to the cabin was clear. We had an unforgettable family adventure here. If you are picky and have very high standards I don't think you would be able to find a thing to complain about here. You can feel confident in renting this cabin! I rented this cabin for a family get-together with ages ranging from 5 to 70. For our group of 11, there was ample space for both privacy and gathering together. The decor is clean, up-to-date, and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable and well-appointed. The view is beautiful and my little girls couldn't resist playing outside in the snow. As for activities, we fit as much as we could into the short time we were there: Avalance Bay, skiing, the spa, sleigh rides, and when we were there, fireworks, outdoor heated pool (in the winter!), the list goes on and on. The staff at Boyne were incredibly friendly and helpful and reflected the attention from this rental owner. A wonderful vacation. We had an eclectic group with us. A couple getting away, a mom and four year old, and my husband and I. Perfect for all. The Four year old said it all - When time to leave she said I don't want to leave our house, I love it here. I agreed. We skied, hung out and cooked. The kitchen is well stocked. Bring your own salt pepper ect... The fireplace was great. The beds were comfortable and the basement rooms in no way felt like a basement. It is decorated light and tastefully. We walked down to ski out without difficulty. Only thing to remember is that the alpine lift closes at 1:00pm during the week. to ski back out after lunch. We have even considered buying one of these cabins ourselves we had that much fun and loved the space.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

My daughter researched and selected this delightful property for us and close friends to share. We found it to be eveyrthing expected and more. The home was in perfect condition and decorated top notch. It left you with a very warm and inviting feeling with all the comforts of home. There was plenty of room, supplies, view and activites to enjoy; the listing was described accuratly. We would definately recommend this and hope to travel back to it soon. The actual owners were very helpful and kind bringing the expression of what else can I do for you to a higher level. The cabin is great and everything is nice and new inside. We had enough room for three families and the kids loved sleeping in the bunkroom. It is close to the slopes. The Landlord have the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. The Tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement. 2. There is no landline telephone service provided as part of the rental agreement. Tenants are strongly encouraged to bring their personal cellular telephones. 3. The tenants shall maintain the cabin in good, clean and reasonable condition and use the premise in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave the premises in a reasonable used condition upon their departure. Failure to do so could result in the loss of all or a portion of the rental deposit. This is defined as follows: • Remove ALL trash and garbage from the home and put into the trash containers located throughout the development. • Please put used dishes, cook wear, utensils, etc in the dishwasher with detergent and start the cleaning cycle before departure. • Please place dirty towels in the shower or tub. • Please leave any beds that were used UNMADE. • Please DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE ASH OR EMBER FROM FIREPLACE. We will clean the fireplaces for you. 4. The Tenants shall dispose of all waste material generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash in the bins provided throughout the Mountain Cabin neighborhood. 5. The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises or furnishings over and above normal wear and tear. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of the end of the rental. The Tenant will be notified of any damage or charges to or beyond the security deposit. 6. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises. 7. The Tenants shall not sublet the property. 8. The Tenants shall have no more than 12 (twelve) persons reside or sleep on the premises. 9. The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. 10. There shall be no smoking inside the premises. Smoking is permitted outside the home providing all windows to the homes are closed; however no smoking receptacles are provided. Tenants should provide all smoking receptacles and dispose of waste in outdoor trash containers. No smoking materials should be brought into the home. 12. Landlord shall provide towels, linens, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items as commonly used by the Landlord’s family. An initial amount of toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, and paper towel will be provided at the beginning of each rental period. However, any amount needed past the initial amount is the responsibility of the tenant. All additional consumables are to be purchased by the Tennant. No reimbursement will be made for unused consumables left at the premises. If consumables exist at the premises when the Tenant arrives the Tenant is free to use them... 13. The Tenants and Tenants' Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance for property damage or loss which the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover the personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase their own insurance for Tenants and Guests if such coverage is desired. The Tenants and Tenant's Guests shall further indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use or activities at Boyne Mountain. 14. Rental Deposit amount is fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. After 30 days prior to the rental period the Landlord shall have the right to retain the initial Rental Deposit at the Landlord' discretion. 15. Tenants agree to pay all reasonable costs, attorney's fees and expenses that shall be made or incurred by Landlord enforcing this agreement. 16. Tenants expressly acknowledge and agree that this Agreement is for transient occupancy of the Property, and that Tenants do not intend to make the property a residence or household. 17. We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. 18. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of weather conditions or any of the Boyne Mountain operations, including ski run closures, lift operation closures or any other Boyne Mountain feature or amenity. 20. There shall be no refunds of rents because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to work and family emergencies or other commitments. 22. Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws. 23. Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 24. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. ; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits. 25. Tenant agrees not to access the “owner’s closets”, even if unlocked, which contains cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults. The owners closets are located in the basement adjacent to the "blue bedroom" and the "red bedroom". 26. Tenant is advised that the property contains a gas grill and will seek help from management if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood. 27. The property has a fire extinguisher installed underneath the kitchen sink. The fire extinguisher was fully charged at last inspection. It is the duty of the tenant to inform management immediately should the fire extinguisher become less than fully charged. Tenant agrees to use the fire extinguisher only for true emergencies. 28. The property has fire alarms installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Tennant will notify management without delay if a fire alarm “chirps” or has a low battery condition. 29. Tennant is advised that there is no carbon monoxide detector on the property and accepts the risk involved in not having one. 30. Tenant shall see to their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc. when it’s prudent to do so. 31. Valuable items left behind by tenant will be held for the tenant and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the tenant for return. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months they shall become the property of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not be help liable for condition of said items. 32. Cable TV is provided and service level has been chosen by the Landlord. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV service. 33. High speed wireless internet is provided as a convience only and is not integral to the agreement. No refund of rents shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to internet service. 34. Tenant agrees that Air conditioning shall not be set below 70 degrees and heat shall not be set above 75, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. 35. The cabin is used by the Landlord as a personal vacation home. As such, the Landlord will make changes in decoration and furnishing from time to time. Tenant understands that the actual decorations and furnishings may not match the listing photos perfectly. 36. The tenant is advised that at any time before, during, or after your stay, your information may be shared with www.guestchecker.com.
