Plus fully enclosed shower just outside the back door which teens in the bunk room downstairs could use. Porches on 3 levels, terrific Gulf and Rosemary views. Private, heated Pool. Short walk to Beach on sidewalks, no roads to cross. 4 hi-quality bikes, 2 kayaks, 8 beach chairs, and a Big Green Egg---all included for guests. 2 gas fireplaces. All BRAND NEW appliances. You will never have felt more at home---and less like in a rental unit-----than in Inlet Rose. The setting is beautiful, private, and in a very nice neighborhood---yet very, very close to the Gulf ( two minute walk, great views). Within easy reach of some of the best dining and entertainment and shopping to be found on the Panhandle. Everything in Rosemary reachable on foot, or short bike ride..... The beach access is close by, and the beaches here are as beautiful and uncongested as can be found.
Lake Powell ( Phillips Inlet ) is a wonderful amenity, close by. Very clean and clear water; speckled trout fishing, great place to take the kayaks, if your vehicle permits.
Decorated as our home----and not as a rental unit----with antiques and new, and very unique nautical pieces such as brass lanterns and lamps.
Easy access to 2nd level porch from Master with some Gulf Views. New 3rd level porch is our sky bar----accessed from 2nd level porch, with terrific Gulf and Rosemary views, bar stools and tables..........
Big Green Egg---if you have never cooked on one, you are in for a treat; best chicken and best Boston Butt you have ever tasted.
Gas Grill and dining table-----located at pool. Gas grill is new, of high quality, and the gas line is permanent---it does not run out of fuel.............
The yard is very large, atypical for the area, with Green space for kids, and a screened sitting room.

My wife and I along with both of our families had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at Inlet Rose. The home is just that, a home. Warm, inviting and offers the opportunity to make lasting memories for all who stay. The amenities are abundant, elegant and always in the right place. Porches, pool, manicured grounds perfect for a game of bocce or just a barefoot stroll through the grass and the most wonderfully designed kitchen all provide the perfect backdrop for the ultimate beach vacation. Don’t forget to take a bike ride through town on the beach cruiser bikes provided or row through the ocean in one of the kayaks. We will miss Inlet Rose but also plan to return, hopefully sooner than later!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car.

We stayed in this absolutely beautiful home from 5/4/13 to 5/11/13 and it was the perfect home for us! The amenities of this home are too numerous to mention but there is not one thing we needed that we didn't have. If you want to cook a gourmet meal, everything is there for you. If you want to relax out by the pool or have you meal outdoors, it's perfect for that because the pool is just outside the kitchen area. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and all are accessible to a bathroom. The porches are done in true beach, southern charm and offer some spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and of course the white welcoming beaches of South Walton. The beach items that are provided for your use are perfect for a day at the beach which is within a 3 minute walk. The area is peaceful and the nearly private beach is spectacular. The owners of this home have obviously taken great care to make it their own and one that anyone would enjoy vacationing in. It. Is. Awesome.!!! It is also within minutes of Rosemary Beach shops, Pier Park and all of the fantastic restaurants in Panama City Beach. If you stay here, you'll want to come back!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

Wow! This place is a absolute gem. The house is beautifully and comfortably decorated and has a fabulous rooftop with views of the Gulf - perfect for cocktails at sunset. We had our Easter egg hunt and played badmitton on the spacious front yard; and ended each day with a swim in the backyard heated pool/hot tub. This house is in the best location - you get the privacy and quiet beaches of Inlet Beach, and it's a 5 minute walk to the center of Rosemary Beach. It is a perfect combination of relaxation with conveniences. We will be back!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

The listing description is very accurate and the house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and we were never crowded. I would recommend this home to friends and relatives. There are numerous shops and restaraunts within waliking distance.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This house is absolutely perfect in every way. The location is maybe 30 yards from a side path into Rosemary Beach, and a three minute stroll to the beach. It's extremely easy to walk or bike to a wide variety of restaurants and shops. The beaches were immaculate - we usually go to the Texas coast (Port Aransas, Galveston, South Padre Island) and are now completely spoiled and plan to come back to the Florida panhandle on a regular basis. This home is furnished as if the owner lives here. Top notch kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, everything you could possibly need. Our group had five children ranging in age from 4 to 8, and the bedroom setup was perfect. The master had an extremely comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub are right outside the kitchen so we were able to keep an eye on the kids. One of the most unique features of this property is the enormous front yard. It has to be the largest maintained yard in the area. The decks were tremendous also with nice views of the ocean from the top. Overall this is an outstanding property and we will definitely be back.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway.

About the owner: My wife and I first visited this area in the 1960's as kids and have frequented it ever since. We owned and rented our first property in 1992, in Dune Allen Beach. We know the Panhandle very well-----and no location tops Inlet Beach.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
The location is ideal: easy access to all of the attractions of Panama City Beach; easy access to all of the shops, restaurants, and nite spots of Walton County including Rosemary, Alys Beach, and Seaside---without staying in the middle of the crowds.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
It offers a very homey feel, yet it is at the Beach. It in no way feels like a rental house. The yard is very, very large, uncommonly so at the Beach. The 3 levels of porches are a treat, great views up top. It is a great location for bike riding, and we offer 4 bikes.
