You'll love sitting on our private beach in the evening with a glass of wine to fully immerse yourself in our breath-taking sunsets. Our private beach faces West, don't forget!!! You can also enjoy the sunset leisurely sitting at one of our 3 tiki huts, or while relaxing in our beach-side jacuzzi, pool, or while lounging in a beach chair. This cozy and friendly gated vacation and relocation complex is located in St. Petersburg, Florida, just a couple of miles from Gulfport, Eckerd College, Stetson School of Law, Dali Museum, the St. Pete Pier, Gulfport, and more.

You will love the charm of this unforgettable community on the water of our lovely Boca Ciega Bay. Meet people, relax on the beach, swim in ou heated pool, jacuzzy, enjoy our picnic tables, or rent our club house for a party or event. If you prefer shades and trees, you can use the pool by our wooded area. This condo complex is perfect for vacation, relocation, short, medium and long term rentals. Bermuda Bay Condo Complex is on Boca Ciega Bay, a large private bay that opens up into the Gulf of Mexico. In the evenings, you can see the Don Cesar hotel across the bay.
Enjoy watching the sailboats moored off the beach, while you cool down in the pool or on the wooden deck overlooking the water and conservation area. Cook a burger by the beach on our community grills. Look for dolphins, sea birds and other wild life. Take a stroll down the beach and make friends. Sip your favorite drink under the tiki hut while admiring Florida's most beautiful sunset.

This condo is a corner unit and it is located on the upper floor of a two-story building. One short flight of stairs. The balcony overlooks a small wooded and picnic area. On the other side of the wooded area is our beautiful laundry facility. The condo is 300 yards from the beach. Great value for $200-300 less per day than most beach-front condos and hotels.

Hello!
I am a translator and interpreter for Italian / English. I love playing tennis, reading, watching movies, getting together with friends and meeting new people.
I bought this condo unit about 4 years ago because it's unique. It's located near a large protected natural area on the water that is rich with fish, birds, small animals. Also, our condo complex faces west, so every night we can admire the colors of the sky reflected on the surface of the water that cools our very own private beach.
I hope to personally meet all of my tenants.
