You will love the charm of this unforgettable community on the water of Boca Ciega Bay -- Along the beach, we have our heated pool, jacuzzy, picnic table, club house. If you prefer shades and trees, you can use the pool by our wooded area -- cool and relaxed, it's loved by squirrels as well. This condo complex is perfect for vacation, relocation, short and long term rentals. Bermuda Bay Condo Complex is on Boca Ciega Bay, a large private bay that opens up into the Gulf of Mexico.
Watch the sailboats while you cool down in the pool or on the wooden deck overlooking our private beach and conservation area. Cook a burger by the beach on our community grills. Look for dolphins, sea birds and other wild life. Take a stroll down the beach and make friends. Sip your favorite drink under the tiki hut while admiring Florida's most beautiful sunset.
And if this isn't enough, venture out. Visit St. Petersburg downtown area, the Pier and its beautiful shops, the Dali Museum, or visit Sarasota, only an hour away by car. It's all up to you.
This condo is a corner unit and it is located on the upper floor of a two-story building. One short flight of stairs. The balcony overlooks a small wooded and picnic area. On the other side of the wooded area is our beautiful laundry facility.

Hello!
I am a translator and interpreter for Italian / English. I love playing tennis, reading, watching movies, getting together with friends and meeting new people.
I bought this condo unit about 4 years ago because it's unique. It's located near a large protected natural area on the water that is rich with fish, birds, small animals. Also, our condo complex faces west, so every night we can admire the colors of the sky reflected on the surface of the water that cools our very own private beach.
I hope to personally meet all of my tenants.
