I highly recommend staying in this unit! The views are absolutely GORGEOUS, loved the roomy comfort. If you moved the building any further it would be in the water!!!! :) I love Destin and this is the perfect place to stay while visiting. There are so many shops and restaurants nearby. You have the added bonus of enjoying shopping in Destin, Sand Destin, Fort Walton Beach, and Mary Esther. I highly recommend eating at Daddy's BBQ in Mary Esther. I always get the rib eye with double potato salad~ best I've ever eaten. The owner is kind and very helpful. The free movie rentals were terrific~ got to see some I've been wanting to see. The staff is SUPER friendly. They have the cleanest trash cans I've ever seen~ saw one of the employees washing them! :) Can't ask for a better unit~ location on the 5th floor is perfect. Don't walk~ RUN to snatch this one up for some rest and relaxation!:)

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE!! Stayed in this condo for our honeymoon vacation Sept. 2011! Beautiful condo on 5th floor. Great View, Great Price, and Very Convenient Location! Everything you could possibly think of to do is very close! The condo is very well equipped and VERY CLEAN!! Everything you could think of is in the kitchen! Pots, pans, utensils, plenty of dinner ware... you name it, it's there! Good working appliances! Nice flat screen tv's, tastefully decorated, and beautiful furniture! Would like to note that the couch... was the comfiest couch I've encountered! The living room and the master bedroom open up to a big balcony and a great view of the ocean can be seen from the majority of the condo! Most relaxing vacation we've ever had! Plenty of things to do in the area and the beach is very clean! Sugar white sand and crystal clear emerald water and lots of playful little fishes! Destin Commons (Very Cool Place by the way!) and Harbor Walk are minutes away. Target, Walmart, and Winn Dixie are practically across the street. Lots of Restaurants and gift shops close as well! The owner is very nice and prompt to responding to emails. Emerald towers is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly! Their beach is private with a secured beach entrance to the condo. The complex is gated and there is security guards and local sheriffs that watch over the lot. I liked being able to walk out the front door and see my car in the lot from the front balcony. The complex offers free DVD Rentals and lots of brochures to help you find things to do locally. They also have a gym and the pool-side gas grills are awesome! Cannot say enough good things about this place! Best vacation ever! Thank you so much for letting us stay! We will definitely stay again! Wouldn't ever think of staying anywhere else! Can't wait till next time! Thanks again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this unit as we celebrated my 65th birthday. It is a beautiful unit with a very well equipped kitchen (if you choose to cook). Very convenient to all my favorite Destin places. Beautiful view from balcony. Gorgoeus pool area and the grounds are very well maintained. The owner was very helpful and very quick to email back when I had questions. We will definitely stay again! Especially since we are only 3 hours away.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This was our first visit to Destin and we had the best vacation. The condo was clean, which is most important when I travel! Our party of 6 adults and 1 toddler was very comfortable. The location of Emeral Towers was perfect within Destin. We will definitely be repeat visitors and this condo will be our first choice!!
